I needed to have my educational documents apostilled for a teaching position in South Korea. Come To You Notary, LLC got everything done in one day including a WA state background check and a recent certified copy of my birth certificate. They picked up the documents and collected the ones I didn't have. In the afternoon, all my documents were notarized and apostilled. This was a huge relief to me. I chose same day service which was affordable. They have a budget 3 day service, too.

My first experience was fine, but she didn't bring enough copies of her internal form -- which I thought was odd. Fortunately we were able to take a pic of it and print it from my home. That being said, she brought the documents back from Olympia as promised the same day. The second time, she completely forgot to send my documents with the courier, and I was delayed an entire day which turned out to be more because of the weekend. She barely apologized and gave me a "credit" which was just the difference in price between one-day and two-day service. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you make one, you should own it and make amends appropriately. I will not trust this service with my future notary and Apostille needs.

I went to Barbara for a few apostilles almost 3 weeks prior to traveling for work. Long story short, she told me 10-14 days to complete. I received my documents after 19 days, with numerous calls/texts with her and 4 calls to FedEx customer service begging them to speed delivery (and eventually going to pick up my documents) so that I could make the flight I had to reschedule twice due to her misinformation. She had no idea what her people were doing with my documents, they were sent to the wrong place (and others documents sent to me!), and it was only because I took matters into my own hands that I was able to get them when I did. The only reason this isn't zero stars (aside from the fact that you can't give zero stars) is that Barbara did at least give me a refund to help cover all my change fees....
