Everyone that works here is so polite, patient, and helpful. They ship both UPS and USPS, which is fantastic because of how much of a nightmare the USPS location is in this area. I went in clueless needing to ship something to the U.K, and they helped explain everything I needed to know to make sure I have no issues. If you want the best possible experience for mailing packages, do your business with Parcel Plus.

I have now gone to this store three times this past year. I am the dummy that thought maybe the third time I tried to return an amazon purchase to this location it would work. The first time my label was partially grey and the lady working that day did not even speak to me other than telling me it would cost me $1 to reprint my label for a $3 purchase. No thanks, sorry my printer messed up, but it scanned w no problems at the next place I took it! The second time, they wanted to charge me for tape. COME ON! And then my third effort, they don’t have the ability to take the bar codes Amazon sends for returns... what the heck. Never ever being fooled by this place again! The guy I saw today was much nicer and redirected me at least! Much better than the first two women I dealt with who were both rude and unhelpful so he is what the one star is for!

Excellent selection of boxes - seems like office supply places are few and far between anymore, and the ones still around hardly have what you need. Glad to have found this place. Didn't see list of box sizes on their website so see photos (prices of course may not be accurate)

I was short on time when my home printer decided to stop working. I ran in here. Service was polite, excellently priced and exceedingly prompt. I was able to email the file that I needed printed and have it done within 2 minutes, if that. Definitely recommend!

This is a great group of people. I have had only 1 unpleasent incident with only 1 of the kids who works there in the 2 years that I have rented a p.o. box from them. Other than that, all of the kids who work there are polite, professional and genuinely nice. They do a great job.

They probably do a fine job, but none of the workers seemed very friendly. One lady even seemed to get upset when I simply asked what time UPS picked up. If I don’t have to use them again, I probably won’t. They just happen to be close to where I was staying.

Been there 3-4 times now; staff is excellent - friendly, prompt & smart. Mailed my taxes from there last year; literally save 1 hour in line and got better service. Just called to see if they laminate things (they do) and young man advised I should give them a call 10-15 minutes ahead of my arrival, so they can turn on the laminating machine. Very impressive!

I went to mail something that was packaged in a shoebox and the employee told me that it wasn’t acceptable and I must purchase a “proper shipping container” from them. I got a very rude response when I told her I would go ship it elsewhere and had zero trouble with the shoebox at a proper UPS store.
