At a signing ceremony on 12/09/17, Ramon Vasquez, our Notary Public provided by Superior Notary Services, was excellent - prompt, flexible, professional and patient. All in all my office (and the client and witnesses, too) had a great experience with Mr. Vasquez and Superior. Booking the engagement was easy - it was accomplished in minutes, via telephone and/or online, and the account representative Haley, was very responsive to anything we needed. Mr. Vasquez and Superior were extremely flexible in the scheduling (and possible re-scheduling, due to inclement NY-NJ winter weather) and Mr. Vasquez's completion of the Notary Public acknowledgements and the Notarial Record (for his files) was first rate - complete, accurate, easy to read. He worked very well with seniors (as well as the younger witnesses and family members who attended the signing) and simply put, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Vasquez and Superior for high-caliber, and affordable notary services. I look forward to using Superior (and Mr. Vasquez) for my office's notary requirements in the future.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Very rude schedulers that lie to you about package size, fax backs and miles a notary must travel to the requested location. This company will low ball you and take advantage of you if you left them. They booked me at one of their title offices and they expected me to close this loan in 60 minutes with 300 pages to sign. The consumers were very difficult and would not sign their documents for the entire 60 minutes that I was at their closing because all the figures were different than what they received on their Closing Disclosure. I would never recommend this company to anyone they are very unprofessional and rude. They would only pay me a print and trip fee after I drove 80 miles round trip for them and sat at the closing table for 60 minutes with the consumers. I give this company a 0

Making a reservation for a notary was easy. There was good communication between the main office and the notary with me. I liked that the notary confirmed the day and time of our appointment once he was assigned my service. He was a few minutes late for the appointment that day, but it made no difference to me, and I appreciated him calling ahead to let me know that he was delayed. He took care of the task quickly and professionally. I would recommend using Superior Notary Services.

CAUTION!!! I am a Certified Signing Agent(Notary Public Subcontractor) that has been in business since 2012 and in all of those years, I have come across my deal of "low ball fee" signings, non payments, and unfair business practices. I fear I may have stumbled onto another one. Today, I had a scheduled signing for 9:30am in a location about 45 min away. I reconfirmed signing with client before leaving my house. Half way through, the client then calls me and says someone was supposed to call me the night before and tell me not to come. That was never done. I didn't understand why the client waited to tell me that after I was already on the way. Never the less, I sent a message to "Superior" Notary Services letting them know. They then told me that I would get less than half of the agreed upon fee. This is unacceptable since they think we(notaries) are mindless robots only living to do their bidding and do not see the expense we are truely making by blocking out our time and also the time taken driving to location in order to complete a signing. I have asked them to put me on their "Do Not Call" list in which they "kindly obliged". I will follow up with them to see if they even pay me.
