Charlie is the best! he went over and above giving us options on pricing, shipping times, how to pack - and eventually ended up doing EVERYTHING for us. I had a great experience here. I am an avid Ebayer and typically I use another local store to ship things from. Well this time I went to my usual shop (shipping a motorcycle helmet) and they put the helmet in a HUGE box, fill it with peanuts and then wrapped the helmet with air packets. I asked them if they did not seem a little excessive and they said no because the helmet is "fragile." They proceed to tell me that shipping a box of this size is going to cost $80. I told them to put it in a smaller box and they said they had to pack it the way they packed it so it wouldn't be damage. Well I am not paying $80 for that so they make me pay $24 for the box and "packaging" they did that I didn't want and I left. I went to the Mail Box Store and told Charlie about my predicament. He agreed that the box was well excessive of what would be required to ship the helmet. He literally took out a box cutter, cut my box in half, and refilled it with ALL the peanuts and air packets that the other store had used. The shipping on this new box was $25. He went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. Thanks Charlie!

I've been going to this store for three years now and I've always received outstanding service. We have our business mailbox there also. Today I was there to take passport photos for a Canadian Passport - there were prepared with equipment that automated the printing of conforming photos for many countries. The service was as always fast, courteous, very inexpensive and the whole experience was pleasant. I've used them so many time for shipping product, as a UPS/FedEx drop-off, receiving mail and as a notary public. I couldn't be happier.

Great to have Charlie and crew, he really helped notarizing signatures on passport copies my bank refused to do. Who knew there was such a difference between notaries and he offers passport pictures too. Very convenient one stop shopping.

Myself and roomate had to go this location for our finger prints . 3/25/19 set up by dcs Davidson county because we took an emergency custody of child. need this done have tones other stuff on top of child has alot health issues. first we get their rhe staff at mailbox store greeted us great service by them . went to back corner signed in at the station . the gentleman didnt great us even more annoying that we was their. he was tranning why set appt if your tranning. we had contact dcs cancel completely change location. such rude service no customer service the man acted like we wasnt even their and appt was at 10:20am we waited waited come almost 11... I was like I have get his info to get him in school cant sit here waiting all day we left ridiculous poor customer care all around never go back this location and I been to alot fingerprinted center as I worked for state in nursing and for schools now becoming foster parent just terrible service better customer service needs be addressed at this location !

i would very highly recommend the mail box store. the staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. they do their best to assist you in the cheapest & most efficient way possible. on top of that, supporting small businesses is so important! definitely highly recommended!

I love supporting small business, in addition they give better customer service! Chuck at the store is a real nice gentlemen, and gives honest help and rate prices. I also love how they carry stationery supplies (the selection has been thinning out though), it helps save us the trip to office depot, and the prices are great! (Especially on this Bazic brand they carry) A pen is a pen, why pay more for name brands? But I have been seeing the Bazic brand more these days, they work good enough for me!

Was scheduled to get fingerprints done. the gentleman who appeared to be the owner seemed inconvenienced that I was there for an appointment that was scheduled for me. There were three other people waiting in front of me for the same service. Apparently, this gentleman does not like doing the appointments for fingerprinting. I heard him on the phone at one point complaining to someone about how they were giving him too many of these appointments. I, for one, will not be back for any of his services.

In today's world of doing everything online or receiving a menu when calling a business, the personal attention and connection from the people at The Mailbox Store was very refreshing. I specifically worked with Charlie and Karen on a project I did for my church. They genuinely cared about me as a customer and the mission of my project. When I picked up the brochures for our VBS, the quality of the printing exceeded my expectations. The text and photos were very sharp and the colors very vivid. If I ever need anything such as this printed in the future, I will definitely go here again. While in the store, I observed many other services they provide. I'm sure to be back for some of these as well.

This place is awesome. I had a huge projected with a tight deadline and they were happy to do it when Kinkos and Staples both made it seem impossible. The staff is very friendly and I will be going back for all my copying/printing/shipping needs. Highly recommended
