I called with an urgent request for notary services. I double-checked with the notary when I called to make sure that he was a 24 hr notary as indicated online and he said yes. The meeting time changed several times due to time issues with the second signee, but we communicated those changes to the notary and he indicated each time that he would be available to meet at the designated time. We even told him that we would pay him extra due to the inconvenience. When we arrived, not only was the notary a no show, but he didn't answer the phone or respond to the email. We had to leave town without our document being notarized. It's been two weeks and we still haven't heard from him. To say that I was upset and disappointed would be an understatement.

!!!!!Please read before you meet. !!!! Met to notarize & paid for the document. Had printer issues so we left without full document, documents provided had typos. We were promised PDF’s with fixed sheets. We were kind and considerate and trusted him on his word. The fixed sheets he sent had the names incorrect. Called to fix, this is a week later and it is still not fixed. He has called twice and texted since then to see if we needed a document notarized like he couldn’t even remember who we were. We don’t like to tear a new business down but this was just terrible, terrible customer service. If it’s time sensitive or has anything to do with your family, please think twice.
