I contacted Ms. Alger late on a Friday afternoon about serving process on Monday morning. She was able to serve the Defendant two hours after a contacted her. She provided me with an update, emailed the executed documents and provided her certification to serve process with the court upon my request. Her pricing was reasonable too.

I'm from CT and on June 25th my ex-wife illegally took my daughter into RI. She took away my parental rights along with my 6yr girl. It took me too long to find them after a CT Marshal botched up the service of my ex at a location she was know to be at. Once he made his intentions clear and let her leave, she went into hiding. On Aug. 19th, I definitively found her address. The call went to Served Right on the 20th or the 21st and Constable Alger served the papers on the 21st. I saw more progress in three days than in the previous three months. My ex was staying in a house that's been abandoned for 20 yrs, looked unoccupied, was unmarked from the road, and hidden for the most part to the road. As soon as the papers were served, I knew it(made my b.day!). Constable Alger was very good at describing what she witnessed which in turn turned the attention of the CT courts as to the importance of getting my custody case under way and getting my parenting time back to me in the interim. Ms. Alger kept in touch with me and is very personable and accessible. I credit Ms. Alger with a strong role in getting my daughter back into my life and shedding light on the injustice on my ex-wife's actions. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Constable Alger and Served Right, Ltd. as a whole.

Constable Alger was quick to respond to my texts and e-mails. She was even quick on serving my papers. What makes Constable Alger stand out is unlike most process servers in the area, when I asked how many times will you make attempts to serve she replied, "As many as it takes. I don't stop until the jobs done." She was confident and that reassured me that I'd chose the right woman for the job. Her prices were also better than her competitors who were pushy, unprofessional (Who simply advised me "text me and send me a money order and papers) whereas Constable Algers checked to make sure I could scan my documents and just have her print and deliver them.
