I purchased a trailer from home depot and we went here for a title and tag. The women at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told us they didn't have a contact with Home Depot only Lowe's. Seriously....are you kidding me??? She was yelling words at us and we were leaving the building. Very poor customer service. We will never step foot in the building again!

Convenient and FAST!! I had never done a title transfer before and the whole process took maybe 10 minutes? Super friendly service, I'm not sure why some reviews are saying to bring checks because I didn't need them, all the PennDot fees were charged to my card. Plates are available there so you can get the new registration card and plate before you leave. Received title in the mail 2 weeks later.

Very noligalble and fast they do almost everything including serve coffee.. lol. Very friendly always treated with a smile and a hello as soon as your in the door. I take all my business to them.

They collect the taxes required by the state and collect a sizable fee for their service. Bring lots of cash and a check book because they charge a fee for any credit/debit and the state only takes checks or charges fees for plastic.

So I just bought a car and had to get to the titlechanged tags registration plate etc... Went inside and I was taken care of within 15 minutes. Great service and is important to note that they have the plates available if you need a new one. Very pleasant experience and I recommend it to anyone buying and transeferring a car. 5 stars

I moved from out of state totally clueless about how to get tags in PA and I stumbled on this amazing place due to Leonard's having numerous complaints on Google and by word of mouth Linda had to get a hold of my loan company, she was super nice and very knowledgeable answered all my questions about the whole process was EASY AS PIE!

The woman at the front desk is very rude. She doesn't do her job right, so you won't be getting your registration or title because she takes your money and doesn't submit your paperwork. Then she decides she just doesn't want to speak to you anymore so she stops answering the phone. Last time I called she told me not to call again when I asked to speak to someone above her. Take your money somewhere else this place needs to go out of business. Had to get the governors office involved and my temp tags are up in 2 days and I still dont have registration. Penndot confirms that they don't even have the paperwork from the company.
