I have used this store for all of my shipping needs for the last 5 years. They are always courteous, helpful and incredibly efficient. The staff goes out of their way to help me find the most cost effective and reliable shipping options. I ship a lot of sensitive scientific equipment, glassware, and samples from this store and I've never had any damage when the staff at Postal Connections 101 has packed it for me. I can say the same about the shipments that I've packed myself!

This place is a rip off! I just mailed a small 5x8 envelope with bubble wrap that contained garden seeds weighing less than 1/2 oz and my husband took the package to be mailed and was charged $5.03 for something that should not have cost more than $1.50! When I called them, their excuse was that there is a surcharge! EXCUSE ME? A $3.50 surcharge AND an attitude? I won't be returning.

Friendly staff but the place is rip off. I will never scan a document here again. Way overpriced. I recommend you a trip to the public library or just do it yourself with enough time if you can. Trust me, I thought that paying few bucks to get the job faster was a good idea but once I heard the cost, I was blown away.

The staff here is top notch! They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The place can be very busy and they always acknowledge you. The store has plenty of shipping supplies, Oregon college stuff, postcards plus candles. Very happy with the service at Postal Connections East Bend!!

Friendly staff but I was quoted $40 to mail a package Priority Mail cheapest was $37 Fed Ex. I left with my package and mailed it for $22.05 Priority Mail at the Post Office, same package $20 cheaper. Check prices carefully!!

Staff are friendly, but pricing is outrageous! Their quotes are typically double what you pay at the USPS or FedEx Office. They say it's due to extra packing requirements, but a $25 shipment shouldn't double to $50+ because of packaging.

On the phone with an associate; 'Not an objective guest accommodating business'. Just called Pack Ship & More; Got the lowdown having asked the one question I needed answered. They even have a phone app so I can check my mail remotely and pick what I need forwarded or scanned.

I am a seller for E-bay and this place is extremely convenient for me to drop off my packages for all couriers especially when it is sent by USPS because we all know the long lines at the Post Office. I sold a motorcycle gas tank that was just painted that needed to be professionally pack to avoid scratches and Postal Connections packed it and did it right, the buyer was extremely pleased when he received the tank with the care I took to pack the tank, thanks to P/C. The staff is always polite and helpful giving me shipping tips, approximate shipping arrivals. The only reason I did not give the a 5 star is that they are very expensive, just to buy a stamp is ridiculous, my tank packing was expensive but like the expression you pay for what you get and they are a private company for the couriers so I can understand there mark up and for convenience but they are very professional at what they do.

The service is very friendly. But if you're looking for the best price, this is not your place. I understand convenience, which is the ONLY reason I stop. I had to get something shipped TODAY and didn't have time to spend at UPS/Fedex/Post Office. I got the job done. But not for cheap!

If you're seriously into spending ridiculous sums of money on shipping, and enjoy the sheer rapture of having your wallet raped, Postal DisConnections is THE place for you. Go to the post office instead, yes, you might have to wait a bit longer, but a ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY PERCENT MARKUP will be saved by not frequenting THE most-expensive place in town. To the other idiots here that gave this disaster of a facility five stars? You seriously need to have your heads examined...but then again, that's why you moved up here from California anyway, right? Too stupid to realize that you were being fleeced on housing prices?

Always convenient- USPS isn't always ideal, and I love having the options in which shipping method to use. USPS has never failed me, but working in a previous industry where people didn't receive their product concerned me. At least here you have more than just one option and if it's important to you that your recipient receives their item, then you'll pay a few extra bucks vs lost in the mail, trying to locate, or start a claim (w/ usps)- Couldn't be more thrilled to have a one-stop shop within a mile of my home and friendly customer service.
