Nobody likes paying for a car tag and excise tax but this place makes it as easy as possible. I even had my drivers license renewed at the same time and the entire process took about 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and cortial. I wish I could give this office 10 stars!!

Walked in and looked at about 3 different young men that were sitting there doing absolutely nothing. I suppose they were taken aback that I walked in at 6 minutes until closing time because it literally took 5 seconds before one of them finally said, "can I help you?" It was almost like they were in a trance. Anyway, I said sure and walked up to his area of the counter. The kid sitting to his right thought something was funny about the awkwardness of the exchange and laughed under his breath while looking over to his partner. So, I asked them, "is there something funny, fellas?' Of course they said, "no." Just a weird experience from the time I walked in the door that could have been alleviated if there were experienced customer oriented adults working instead of immature kids. I was in there a couple of years ago and the young lady never made eye contact with me and was always looking past me at what? The cars on Air Depot? If I am handing over hundreds of dollars of my hard earned cash, I expect your undivided attention. I'm guessing it doesn't pay too well so they have to take what they can get, but they need to step up a notch with the quality of their employees. Until then, I'm taking my business elsewhere and would advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

I had an important document notarized here and I was helped right away. I was treated nicely and got in and out within ten min. I will be coming back for future notarization's!

If only it didn't make me give 1 star for the review. This place is pitiful. It's like wild animals everywhere when u walk in. They are not professional in ANY way. In fact they are down right tacky. You feel dirty when u leave. Stay away if u can.

No one there knows what the hell they're doing. Got my car impounded because they gave me the wrong tag to put on my car. When I tried to get help with the situation from the tag agency, they were afraid of getting themselves in trouble. And they would not help me at all with the situation. One of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen happen. I had to pay almost $2000 because of this tag agency is messed up.

•Bring Cash• It says they take debit cards but there is a huge 2.5% fee. Yes, you can write a check. Cash is easier. The office environment is dated. Don’t let that fool you. Everyone inside is hard-working, professional and polite. I was able to register to vote, renew my drivers license, and change my address in about 15 minutes. They are open from 8:30 to about noon on Saturday.

Honestly, this place is a lot better than the other options on Midwest City (*cough-cough* Tinker Tags). I've never had an issue that made me feel like I was getting "robbed" or "talked down to". It's a tag agency, not the Hyatt. I don't expect to be treated like a God, but I get a smile and "How can I help?" and that's really all that is needed. I will keep going here as long as I live in MWC.

Terrible place to go only takes cash also very rude. If you can go anywhere else go there. The tag agency on Douglas is the better option

I have gone to this tag agency for many years and never had a problem. Recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately, the last time I went in they were using some type of smelling thing (scentsy?) that made me nauseous and I had to leave before getting my new tag. It took a while before I could quit coughing. I will have to tell my friend with asthma to not go there again, either. This is close to my job, so I was very disappointed.

They overcharge their customers, i was quoted 177$ for a tag. Turned around and called the busiest tag agency ever classen tag, and was quoted 82$ big difference. not just being cheap but its a 1994 why would it be almost 200$

All I can say is WOOOOOOWWWWW, do people really treat people so badly???? I went in here two differetn times for work related issues on rental cars we have. The people behind the counter are young, dumb, and rude.. First time, the guy talked to my boss and I like we were 4 years old and didn't understand plain English, was very degrading, and just disrespectful to us. Then I went back for another issue and the two girls I dealt with again, talked to me like I was too stupid to understand what they were saying. They spoke with a very rude, angry tone in their voices, and when I asked questions it only got worse.. I gave up and walked out and went to Tinker tags, they are very friendly and helpful at Tinker Tags, Midwest City tags needs to be closed down or hire a WHOLE new staff...

As a public Advocate who has been assisting Oklahomans in crisis for 10 years, I have to say I have never come across a business as unprofessional, fraudulent, and disrespectful as yours. The children you have at the front counter are uneducated, rude, and incompetent. Your management is even more shameful and unprofessional which explains the lack of integrity and inability down the chain that was showcased over 4 hours in one day. You should also stop stealing from people because if not I will hold you accountable for your thuggish pattern of practice and operations that is evident in some of the reviews. Management arguing and excusing your failure in response to negative reviews or experiences isn't the constructive approach to customer service or conflict resolution. Today you stole from a DV victim! Shame on your business practice and culture.

The guy who I tried to do business with was annoyed by my existence. His demeanor and tone was very short and rude. He refused to sell me a tag because the title has not been transferred into my name. I immiediatly bought the tag online with no issue. I’ve bought tags for this car for 3 years now. Even if it’s a rule he “has” to follow, he was rude about it. I won’t be using this tag agency for anything in the future.
