I've been using these guys since I moved to OKC almost 8 years ago and have never had a bad experience. Can they be slow at times? Yes but they're a tag agency people. It's normally the customers who don't have their stuff together that make for the delays, not the staff. The staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. Anyone who deals with anything involving motor vehicles should know that lunch is not the best time to try and get that stuff taken care of.

Paid $785 for a new tag, title, and tax on a new car...called a month later to find out what the delay was in regards to receiving my title only to be told they sent it to an unknown address. Unknown due to it was not the address on my DL nor on the title paperwork from the dealership...then to be told I would have to pay to either find out were it was sent and also for a replacement. How does one copy an address wrong from two or more documents in front of you?! Very fast service though and that may be the problem...so if you just need a DL replacement or something I say go there because quick but anything that is important don't go.

We had a really good experience here! My fiancé had to do the tags and title for his car and we actually originally went to a place on NW Expressway (can’t remember the name) but they were closed on Memorial Day Weekend so we stopped by Classen since it had to get done that day. We were a little nervous since usually these places don’t have good reviews, etc., but we were pleasantly surprised. We were in and out within 10 minutes. They were quick and efficient. I’d come back here!

The owner, Jeff reached out to ask about my poor experience and provided the means for a positive future visit. Since we have to visit a tag agency at least once a year and this is the most convenient location for us, acknowledging and addressing our negative experience ensures we will return.

I sold an item on Ebay that estimated shipping at 30 lbs and would be around $37. I delivered the package to Classen Mail Service on Friday. After adding $30 worth of bubble wrap, pnuts and tape it became 47 lbs and cost me $111.00 to ship. Then it didn't leave their store until Tuesday P.M.. You decide.

So updating my review. This is a good Tag Agency...but what's with the 2 ladies always harrassing one of the employees? In front of customers? She does a great job and is thorough. I always see she's working hard. There are these 2 ladies always telling her in front of customers rudely by the way that shes slow, or take over in the middle of her working. Or in front of customers tell her shes doing it wrong. My stuff has never been wrong. To me they seem to be bullying an elderly worker. Not very professional. But I guess in todays society the younger can get away with picking on the elderly. Very sad.

The lady at the drivers license picture was slightly rude with her comments and could not manage to multi task. Expected better service and her coworker next to her even tried to help a little that is why i even gave a star. The owner called me back immediately and was very concerned about my problem. Classen Tag agency is pretty fast in providing service. There are multiple customer service people who take care of car tag, driver license and other documents. They have a sign in sheet where you need to enter your name and work details. They maintain a serial number for providing service. The customer service is excellent here.

I had an unpleasant visiting with one of the staff and reviewed here before. However, the owner, Jeff, contacted me personally to hear out my experience. He was very caring about customers. Not only did he strive to understand, but he promised to talk with the young staff not to ignore customers’ questions. He also offered to refund the price difference between their shipping charge and USPS rate. His caring attitude is impressive. I would come back in the future.

My friend went in to register to vote. She was told incorrectly that she couldn't register without a driver's license, even after she pointed out that she had the option to use her social security number. How many people have been turned away by this agency and not permitted to register to vote?

I went there this morning and after being overcharged and waiting 45 minutes, the unprofessional clerk said that their credit card machine was down and I would have to find another way to pay. I am a native american female. As a female, our tribal membership cards are issued in your birth name. Although my first name, address, DOB, and social security number on my tribal membership card matched my drivers license. The manager refused to issue me my tribal tag. His reason was because I did not have a document with my birth name on it..... I explained to him that tribal cards are issued in your birth name based on your degree of blood, his response was I need a document stating I changed my name. There happened to be another female tribal member there that was requesting her tribal tag, and she confirmed what I stated. I was totally dismissed, and they refused to help me. I felt totally disrespected. The kicker is, I just renewed a tag in May for my other vehicle and received a tribal tag without any issues. I also informed him of that. I feel I was singled out, and totally disrespected. I will never do business with this agency again, and I would advise my native american female family to think twice before you open yourselves to be disrespected!

Came in to change my address. They charged $25 for a renewal and $3.99 for paying with a card. The person in front of me Hands were bleeding. I asked the lady to clean the machine before I touched it. She wiped it down with a cloth saying she couldn’t see any blood so no germs could be on it. When I told her the cloth wouldn’t do anything she said that’s the best she could do and that there was hand sanitizer on the counter (which bloody hands had also used.) disgusting place with disgusting people. Avoid at all cost.
