As soon as I walked in the door the gentleman that helped me look perturbed. I needed to cash a check written to me and then pay cash towards my automobile loan. The gentleman asked if I had my debit card with me— I said I did not. He then slid his hand under the glass and literally REACHED in my wallet and slides my BOA credit card out! “Then I’ll need THIS!” he says. I’ve never!! Then he proceeds to shout across the entire lobby that they were not going to be able to cash the check for me today. I asked what the reason would be. He then screams, “because you only have two accounts with us one of them is negative and the other one only has $50 in it.” I was humiliated. I’ve been a customer with Bank of America for over 10 years.. since college!! Even remained loyal after they closed the branch in my town and left us with a kiosk. Even after they removed the kiosk! Now the closest branch to my house is OVER AN HOUR AWAY! I’m done with Bank of America— and the branch off Cornwell in Yukon, OK helped me pull the trigger.

I have been using this branch for the past several months due to its proximity to my work. I wanted to get in a payment today and rushed from Midwest City and arrived at 3:57 pm. I dashed to the door and found it locked. The time on my phone was 3:58 pm. While I have been pleased with this branch in my previous visits, this failure has extended my hatred for BOA. I will soon be closing my mortgage account with BOA and I will never recommend BOA to any friend, family or coworker. Their past history has been horrible as a whole and this incident has taken my anger to another level. I am uncertain as to why you would close at 4pm? Ridiculous. Chase has all of my other accounts and will soon have my mortgage. Too many options to deal with poor service. Chase will be happy to maintain my financials.

I needed a temporary card and they told me the one person that could do it had appointments all day. They are only open to 4pm and with my job I can't just come by another day. They did not seem to care and made no efforts what so ever to take care of my issue. I withdrew everything from my accounts. There are plenty of other banks in the world....

This branch needs to hire more tellers. It is extremely small and very busy. Many times they have one teller handling both the drive up window and the lobby. They are slow. Get a clue BofA and start servicing your customers or you are going to loose them. I have one foot out the door.

I'm unsure what happened to all the people that have been at this location for years. There's not a single familiar face. To be quite honest I'm not very fond of any of the new people they're not very friendly and they're kind of all over the place. I feel like the both times I've showed up they try to do too much at once. Nobody communicates with each other. Last time I was at the window and there was nobody there and this lady comes out of nowhere and I told her I need a withdrawal slip, and she could tell that I wanted to say something to her and she just said "you're going to have to give me a moment. I'm hopping back and forth." I said that's fine I just wanted to tell you that I want all big bills only. Out of no where a guy comes to the window picks up my withdrawal slip and just gives me the money in mostly 20s. when I just took the time to tell the other lady that was supposed to be helping me. That I only wanted big bills, now this guy is annoyed with me like it's my problem that he has to do it again. They need to get it together.

Disappointed in this bank I'm glad it's not my only bank...wouldnt even cash my coins so I wouldn't have a overdraft...money is money...if you don't want to handle my money I'll happily take it elsewhere. I took my coins to midfirst had no problem depositing my 32.00 in quarters. I've been with this bank almost 10 years and this is the first time they refused to cash my coins. Come on bank of America I know you're better then that!!! I remember when Rochelle was branch manager I never had a single problem now they got some new jo blo who doesn't seem to care about anything...didnt even listen to my complaint just said we have lines of credit we can set you up with to protect from od. DO NOT OFFER ME SERVICES UNSOLICITED. I was attempting to prevent an overdraft not open up a credit account...LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR THEY MAY LEAVE.

Open 6 hours a day? Way to look out for your customers BOA! lol...How can any working person have time to get by a bank that only is open from 10-4? Most go to work at 8-9 in the morning and don’t get off until 5-6 in the evening, how in the world do they expect you to conveniently handle your banking within these hours of operation? I guess they are more concerned about their convenience than yours. It also seems they are more concerned with their bottom dollar other than yours. Now about the location, the people that work here are less than lack luster and not overly brilliant when it comes to numbers and don’t have the best of attitudes. This location always seems short staffed and will only have one lane open even during the busy periods (lunch, etc.) so plan on being late back from lunch. It seems like most of the time even if you go inside the same person working the drive thru is also running back and forth to the counter? At least that was the way it was on my last visit. I wish I had something positive to report about this place but I do not. I would definitely look elsewhere if you are looking for a bank that is more convenient and more concerned about having and keeping your business.

Ugh, what can I say. It seems like there are only 3 BOA's in all of OKC metro, fees are ridiculous, ATM is usually down. The employees here are friendly, the only reason I can even give them any stars.

If you enjoy paying for your own money. This is the bank for you. And now , if you don't open an account with them. You for some reason have to wait sometimes over an hour for some bean counter to verify your identification. Of course if you open an account today, all the hassle ends. It's my least favorite bank, I dread going there.

If you are into constant ridiculous "service fees" then this is the bank for you...even gave my dead father some new fees. I'm glad they remembered him when fee time came.
