This spot is really nice for additional shipping services (as their hours are more extended than the USPS). My assistant helped me get everything in order and was very kind and helpful. My only side effect is their prices for the shipping. However, it was worth it as my product had to get out relatively quick.

Over-the-top customer service!!!! I have used ASAP Mail Mart for 20+ years for business and personal shipping needs. As all businesses, ASAP Mail Mart has had seasons of employees. That being said, the lady currently employed at ASAP Mail Mart is extremely professional, courteous and friendly to all! And, most importantly, she is VERY knowledgeable of the shipping business industry. Of all the times I have been in their store, I have NEVER seen her upset or rude. I actually called her boss the other day, stating how impressed I have been with her new employee (well, not new - she has been there several months) and that she needed to hang on to that employee. I have NO hesitations in recommending this establishment to anyone, and have done so numerous times.

Your staff definitely needs more training on shipping practices and a crash course in how to interact with your customers. My last stop here. I have a history of doing business here but I'm done. Absurd pricing. Quoted $38 to ship a 0.6 lb package to Wisconsin. Went to the post office and it was less than $5 including an envelope.

Rip off, do not ship from here. They have hidden charges for shipping. We shipped a box via FedEx that has a list rate of $8.27 and they charged me $33.27! Save money and take your business elsewhere.

This place smells like an ash tray. What a complete nightmare to walk into a place of business and immediately get a migraine. It is so unbelievably unprofessional to smoke inside a business. I can’t imagine receiving mail here (having a mailbox here), and I’m even nervous about the odor left on my package. I will never go back. I can’t believe others aren’t reporting the same issue.

I would find a different place to ship from due to the ridiculous pricing of this place. They wanted $41.00 to ship a 2.3 lb. package with USPS Ground. I took the same package to the post office myself to ship to the same destination and the total cost was $15.74. Save yourself some time and money and just go to the post office yourself so you don’t get ripped off.
