I call today ( February 14) at 11:35 am a women answer me I told her if I may speak to someone in Spanish (my English sometimes is not really good and i didn't want her to have a hard time to understand me) she said they would be there in a minute. But I and up waiting 1hour 42 minutes (i even have screenshot). I told my uncle to call to tell them that im still waiting on the line and the same women answer his call and told him that she doesn't understand him that if he had any questions he can check the website. First of all that's what I call unresponsable, by not telling me we don't have any assistant in Spanish to assist you can you call later. This is disappointed and i feel bad and discriminated I even miss a call from a doctors appointment...

This one is the best Tag Agency in Oklahoma. The girls over there are super friendly and they go above and beyond for you. They do the things the right way, they never try to take a short cut. The short little girl that is at the front desk is the best. I see her always smiling and with the best attitude. Always trying to help you and explaining any question you have. And she is cute. THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONALS IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!!! I needed to renew my license and went to Capitol Hill Tag Agency first because they were closest to my work. Their door and website both said they open at 8:30, but they weren't; needless to say, at 8:45 I left and went to 29th Street Tag Agency. When I walked in everyone was welcoming, each station had someone at it just waiting to serve people, and I was in and out in a matter of just a few minutes. Very nice people who appreciate your business. Bonus: there were 2 women selling burritos out of food trucks right outside. Y'all know you can't beat homemade food truck burritos. Superior customer service and great food just outside = winning combination!!! Kudos to 29th Street Tag Agency!!! Y'all will get my business every time!!!

Called to ask a simple question, was but on hold for over 10 mins, called back, and was given the rudest attitude from a female I hadn't even talked to who proceeded to scold me for calling at such a "busy time". I did not know when they are busy, and I don't know the answer to my question either. Will be going elsewhere.

Last month I went to update my tag, and one lady that sits on a back desk told a Customer that she can make her title way cheaper by changing something on the date just to give her a tip. Now this week I went to do something else and a real small girl that sits on the entrance was charging this guy 20 dls just because the owner was not there .....*OWNERS* Please check your employees or this is legal to do there?

Absolutely no warning when you go to take your drivers license photo & since my eyes weren't closed they wouldn't retake it! Mouth open, laughing, the whole nine yards! When I asked I was told I could pay the $33 again! Go somewhere else!

Used to go here all the time..... they need to train their employees. None of them know how to do their job without running around asking everybody else and no one knows how to do a simple task.. Just wasted my time and the hour long line behind me is wasting their time as well. I blame the owner for not training the employees. Go somewhere else. You'll thank me.

We always have the best experience with the employees. They always treat you like a friend! The environment is very welcoming and it's very convenient to have the insurance office next door. Theres a young lady there who is always laughing and smiling I believe her name is Beatriz. Everyone one is sweet and go out of there way to help out.
