We were not treated right yesterday. I have been going there since 2014, using the same preparer since 2015. We had a 12pm appointment we booked last year. We were early and told they were just getting ready to call us to let us know our preparer, Patricia, had gone over with her previous customer. Did we want to wait or reschedule..since we came from Warwick we said we would wait. We left and had something to eat. When we returned our preparer came out to apologize, saying they were working through an issue with the customer before us still and would be another 20 minutes or so. We eventually left at 1:45 having never been seen. We made an appointment at an office less than 2miles from our home for tomorrow. We went to Pawtucket in the past because we liked our preparer and felt valued. At what point has someone gone over their allotted time so grossly that they are asked to reschedule? They must have taken at least 3-4 hours in the very least. I know people are rude but being the professionals you should have told them to reschedule. Not only was I told they had issues but received a voicemail afterwards saying they had additional questions. People are ASKHOLES sometimes and need to be told enough is enough. We had to leave and come back in years prior because we were missing a document etc. They should have been made to reschedule!
