This is my first time ever leaving a company review. I give this agency a five star, ONLY because the owner Lisa is very kind and professional. I initially gave the company a one star, because the receptionist, Brooke, is very unprofessional and rude. She told me I had to keep the fingerprints sealed or it is invalid. I did not understand this process, because I never experienced this with any other state or agency as a travel Nurse. She was yelling, cursing and taking it personal. Brooke refused to service me and threatened to call security if I didn't leave right away. I called Lisa, the owner and she apologized. It turns out after involving the owner that was incorrect information. Lisa offered discounts or to pay for my uber.
Brooke, came back to fingerprint me a few minutes after closing per the owners request. She had a bad attitude and proceeded to get on the phone with her boyfriend as she was taking my information. Telling him in an aggrevated manner, she had to come back and fingerprint someone. I could hear him through her cell phone on the otherside of the counter expressing aggrevation as well. Brook told him she only came back, because her boss offered to pay her double time.
At this point I'm beyond frustrated with the service I was receiving as a customer. I did not feel comfortable with Brooke fingerprinting me, because I feared with her being so spiteful, she may sabatoge my fingerprint cards, which had to be mailed today. I refused to do service with this company due to the manner of unprofessionalism of the receptionist. I immediately went elsewhere and got my fingerprints done fast without any issues.
