Very rude staff , she looked at you like you’re such a bother ,I walked in and she didn’t even smile , if it’s your first time shipping package youll have to do it without any help because she won’t help you at all , She will point out that there is instruction on the counter and figure it out all by yourself , she even throw a comment “if you understand it “.... I used them for returning ups package which I got instructed to drop it off and they can scan the mobile code and I didn’t knw that they don’t do scanning ,and they charged me for 2 dollar for printing the label which is amazon already paid for don’t get me wrong I’m totally fine paying the $2 , the other staffs was friendly except for the one lady who told me to figure the instruction out ,I will recommend going to any competitor because it was really horrible experience for me.

What a FABULOUS business! I had a very large (I mean, the size of a piano!) product that needed to be returned to the seller, and Brian actually came to my home to pick the shipment up! He was just wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this place and these people!

I have had this problem twice now out of three packages. It is evidently difficult to get information about your package shipment. I am not sure why you are not given the receipt at the time of shipping but it doesn’t happen. They tell you they will email you the info but they don’t. When you call they treat you like a bother. I will probably try another place next time. It’s just too much trouble dealing with these people

very dishonest. they shipped a small 10" vase to me and overcharged me. plus the vase was damaged and they don't know how it happened. the box didn't arrive damaged I would not suggest using this company. poor poor poor service and very dishonest. they do not stand behind their service. WATCH OUT!!

Private mailboxes are priced competitively. Hours are extremely convenient (I work in a Massachusetts and can't get to a post office box because of my schedule), and the staff is always helpful and great company. Usually (say, at the post office) you're just another face in the hall. Not here; the very second time I went to the Shipping Shack, Bryant (owner) greeted me with a wide smile and a "welcome back" rather than a tired, bored, "how can I help you." I've never had a bad experience here, and I doubt I ever will. Packages are always well taken care of and anything that doesn't fit in your box is held behind the counter until you make room or ask for it (which they notify you of with a little slip that you have more mail). The entire staff is welcoming, and they have a comfortable table to sort your mail in the cool air before exiting the shack. I figured when I got my box they would process my mail and that's it. I didn't expect the staff to be people I look forward to talking with every time I stop by.

He took great care to pack and ship an awkward, disassembled piece of weaving equipment, and the recipient told me, "...this is the best packing I have ever seen, and that was a good thing as the box came with a large dent and a tear right through the cardboard." They really tried to find me more economical way to send my package. They also had others with other issues that the staff pleasantly helped. I've been there before and have always had a good experience. They are in the process of remodeling their store. It looks like it will be a nice update.

Called them a couple of weeks prior to our son's graduation from a local junior college and arranged to have them come to his dorm room on move out day to pack his belongings and ship them home. They picked the time they would meet us at the dorm. Not only did they not show up, they never returned the emails and phone calls we sent them.
