Literally every time I call I can NEVER get through to anyone. Always experiencing a “high call volume”.. maybe you should get more people to answer the phone? Some people have a job and can’t call all freakin day HOPING to get through to someone. Sooooo ridiculous.

Very incompetent loose paperwork, don't credit accounts, etc. If you don't have to deal with agency pay child support directly and press for it in your mediation or get it changed. Don't get ordered to deal with these folks. I went back to court and got my child support order changed. I don't have to deal with you fools again. Thank God this.

Can never get a hold of anybody and multiple times have no received payments that payor shower proof that he made.. now again, it's been over a week since the last payment was made and still does not show in my account. I also get charged every time I check my account balance.

I have called the number for Concord more times than I can count, and have never actually reached a human. It eventually hangs up on you. The state does not enforce anytime- if they did my son wouldn't be owed $20,000- that keeps increasing weekly. Their reasoning when u speak to someone at the district office is, because they don't have a valid address to serve paperwork. This department is a disgrace, and a joke. Someone owing $20k in back child support, you'd think wouldn't be roaming free. Has not even had license suspended.

As a social worker, I have dealt with nearly every division of the State offices, and I must say, while people claim the 'system is broken', this division is by far the worst. They are inept, they do not follow through with processes they themselves have begun, paperwork is lost. My ex and I are now amicable and even with us BOTH providing them with his employment information, it is now six months and I have yet to receive a payment. He provided them with the information first, and they 'lost it' so they began the process of revoking his license; of which he hasn't held in over five years, which I am sure a 5 min call to their cohorts at the DMV could have cleared up. They sent the paperwork to his employer two months ago to begin wage garnishments; yet when I called to follow up on it today they stated 'they had not gotten the paperwork back from the employer yet, but would follow up on that now'...shouldn't they have done this already? Why does it take me calling for them to bother attempting to do their job? Again, this is BY FAR the worst division of the state, and if at all possible, try and avoid having to use their services!

Absolutely horrible. I've been dealing with them since 2001 and getting in touch with ANYONE from this agency is seemingly impossible. I do not get support on any kind of regular basis and when money gets directly taken from his taxes for the arrears, I do not see it for another 6 months!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm not even sure why the state gets involved. They take very little action.

15 years of dealing with NH child support and the system is a joke. If 0 stars was an option that's what I'd rate them. I've been waiting 5 months for a return call from my caseworker. I've given up on my child ever seeing a dime.

They do not collect child support effectively it don't ex wouldn't be 19,000 plus behind. Rarely returning calls or have a logical answer.

Ex owes the kids 10k, she refuses to pay. I call these people and they say "theres nothing they can do". Pretty sad that people just get to live life and disregard their responsibilities. If it was me, I'd be in jail for nonpayment by now.

Left numerous messages and emails just curious about the status of my case and no answer. It could be a two minute phone conversation but instead its taking me time out of each day to track them down.
