I moved to NH from MA and the dmv in Milford was much easier to deal with. The woman that helped me was very friendly. There are not many tellers and the hours they are open are limited so you will probably have to wait in a line but still much easier and faster than mass. Ive only used this office for getting my nh id so im not sure how they are with their other services.

Extremely unprofessional. I have a job that I had to fight to get out on time. I arrived at the Dmv at exactly 430 to literally have them laugh in my face and shut the lights off. Completely uncalled for and unnecessary to laugh at me. This is why people dispise going to the DMV because of people like this.

What a great group of people. They are extremely helpful and the service is excellent. Being able to have Phil's BBQ on site is an added bonus. Ricky's donuts is now on site there on the weekend mornings which are really delicious.

This office is nice but there is a serious problem with the way this place moves people. The major hold up with the line are the new drivers. They have three windows available and two employees working here. Every time a new driver needs to do something they disrupt the flow and the line never moves. Please please please send out someone to just handle the new drivers and maybe we could get out of here at a reasonable time. And everyone can be somewhat happy including your employees who have to deal with the grumps waiting for so long. This is insane. I’ve been here for an hour and half and the they have moved 7 numbers. 7 people.

Horrible place to get anything important done! They will definitely give you a run around when it comes to paperwork... Stay away from the undertaker looking lady, she will only complicate things. Not a place I would recommend.

Employees friendly. ...but today 8.16.2017 got ther at 8.15 got out at 10.00...state is top heavy....and need to put employees were the rubber meets the road....understaffed

Another poorly run state facility. Room is filled to the brim and they have ONE worker. You should not have to lose a day of work for small transactions like getting a duplicate license or registration. NH needs to get with the times other states offer these services online.

Speaks to the rationale for privatization of this department. Understaffed, inefficient, archaic technology, contradictory messages. Imagine waiting in queue for 90+ minutes after being told at the beginning of the queue your documents are "good to go" to then be told at the window one of the documents is unacceptable... then learn in fact it WAS acceptable. Hearing people working there state the 90' line is "actually better than it usually is" tells me the problem is endemic and the model needs to be overhauled. I have to believe there is a better solution. If this were a company it would be put out of business by a competitor in a nanosecond.

I can't wait until the new office is back in it's old location, new building. This new location just around the corner is behind the old police station and it was very hard to find from the road.

Nice people but unfortunately, way too understaffed. Long lines and long waits! Budget 60 - 90 minutes to get served.
