Experience fantastic at its finest! I insure you that your visit will be great it’s always a big thing traveling to some place where you know nothing about.. But everybody will figure out what has to be done and what it needs to be a fantastic paragrapher just like me ;) -ALTHOUGH- This one kid started to sneak around everywhere like he was a ninja than I saw a employee go up to him and he ran in the corner of my eye.. funniest thing on earth!

I was pleasantly surprised, after moving to Manchester, to find the Manchester City Hall folks to be very pleasant and helpful. Although City Hall was crowded the day I was there, wait time was very minimal.
