I shipped some very personal items from Lakeside Mailing Services to California. It was all special Packaging...3 boxes. I dropped my items off with Debbie leaving them in her care. Well, when I got back to California and opened up those boxes, I was beyond impressed with her care and detail to packaging my items so they would not be damaged. She also had FRAGILE stickers on the boxes. As a result the boxes were received from UPS in perfect condition. I would use Debbie at Lakeside mailing svcs again! Thank you Debbie for your services!

Was charged almost double the standard retail rate for a FedEx shipment. Beware when shipping from here. Definitely better off taking your package to the FedEx office in Gilford. Not happy.

Went into this place today to ship an item to fed ex lady was flustered and rude to my husband and myself would not let us buy a box or pack our item for shipment. Will not be recommending this place to anyone or doing business with them ever again if I could I would give no stars

Avoid this place at any cost. My package arrived broken, and owner Debbie Brown is slow to respond, accepts no responsibility for her work, and became verball abusive after my many phone calls to her. Also, she arrives late and leaves early so her hours are approximate and she does not return voicemail messages which require much added time, energy and stress to complainants.

Went in today because I realized they're an authorized FedEx shipper, The lady was helping somebody else and seemed flustered. She was very abrupt with me, and wouldn't let me box up my own items. Little does she know, I have a business and now that I knew she was there and could do UPS and FedEx shippine, I would be using her for my business from now on. But not anymore I will never go in that place again. She is not a good with people.

I came to Lakeside Mailing with three small, delicate items to package and ship. After taking my information and weighing & measuring the items, the woman behind the counter handed me the receipt to sign. I noticed that she had entered the previous customer's name instead of mine. When I pointed it out she became extremely flustered and agitated and said that it would be an extra $10 for her to fix it. I told her as gently as possible that I wasn't going to pay extra to fix her mistake. At this point she became very rude and told me to leave. I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism displayed here. It seemed like she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Frankly I'm surprised that FedEx and UPS would allow their names to be associated with this business. The next closest place that does both packaging and shipping is in Manchester. Very inconvenient. Obviously I will never return to this business.
