My wife had passed recently and I was recommended to go to another business but this place is much closer to my house. I walked into the building (without an appointment) and was greeted by a woman who initially was very nice and pleasant. Once I began to tell the person what it is that I wanted to accomplish, she asked if I could take a seat and that someone would be with me in just a couple minutes. There was no other customers in the building that I could see and twenty three minutes passed and I got up to ask if it would be better if I make an appointment and then her demeanor changed and she practically yelled at me "I told you it would be just a couple minutes!" I then apologized for not making a appointment prior and then once again I was yelled at, "Just wait here and like I said we will be right with you!" She stormed off shaking her head and mumbling something under her breath. I know that I should have made an appointment, but I did not think that I should have been yelled at. I ended up leaving after waiting for another ten minutes and taking my business to who I was originally referred to. If you are going to do business with this company you better make an appointment.

To say this place in unorganized would be an understatement! Or maybe it was just who I dealt with. I would highly recommend to NOT use Meghan G. for anything!!!! I had a simple name change done on a house deed...which she said she needed my marriage liscense for and I was told would be returned with final documents. Then I went to sign my deed 2 days later .... she had trouble "finding it" and finally did. She asked if they could mail my papers instead of me picking them up .... absolutely, I don't live close. I get my deed 2 days later in the mail ....with no marriage liscense. I call, they say we will look for it and call back. No call back. I call the next day to speak with Ruby because she's in charge of mailing. She says they wouldn't mail a marriage liscense unless certified mail. She says she will figure it out and call Back.... no call back. So I drove there the next day to pick it up personally ..... Kelly the office manager looks for over an hour for my document. Finally, just gave me money for a new one (but the point is that this legal document office lost my legal document) because Meghan says "I never received a liscense because that's not required" (over text to her manager). Ummmm excuse me?! I was changing my name, how can you do that without the marriage liscense that shows the name change?!?! Meghan is completely incompetent in working in a LEGAL DOUCUMENT OFFICE BECAUSE SHE WILL LOSE YOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS!!!!!!

the county recorders office does not offer the form, this is misleading and incorrect. We offer kits to help the person do it them selves, but for those that do not want to, we prepare and file for them. The kit has instruction on how to prepare it, but if you already have done it and know what you are doing we have the individual forms to be bought. We have no lawyers here, nor do we give legal advice.

I needed to notarize my citizenship certificate. I called them a day before and explained that I have a citizenship certificate to notarize. She said yes. I went there next day on my short lunch break to notarize it for an urgent need, and the lady at front office said that they don't do it for citizenship certificate. I don't know her name, but she is short with very long black hair and fake eyelashes. I asked her where to go. She said: "Google it". I wanted to talk to her manager for such a good costumer service, but the manager never came out of her office. Instead she printed a policy that they can't do it. Finally the manager told the representative to give me address and phone number of the office that I need to go. However, that was wrong, too! Never go to this office because you will not get you job done, and they don't respect their costumers. I'm sorry that I have to say it but one star is too much for their costumer service.

Totally rude. I called to have a document prepared and I was quoted a price. Once I I there they price was different. When i asked them why the price was different they said that the price is what it is! This is the second time this company has screwed me over. Last time they prepared a deed and the legal description was wrong and it took them two weeks to fix it! Don't go here. There are other options

Terrible service clerks smell like onions and sandwiches . Some notaries helpful tell u where to sign others claim its legal advice to tell where to sign? Girl had zero personality frustrated us them paid her $40 bucks to act useless to us while others were being helped with basic signatures. Obviously dislikes her job but loves onion sandwiches. Save ur money go to a lawyer less hassle and costs less than their fake website.

We went to Nevada Legal Forms on the advice of our escrow agent at Chicago Title to transfer our home into our family trust. Prior to going I researched how to record the transfer with the Recorder’s office. I saw forms available on their website but we still went to Nevada Legal Forms per the escrow agent. I explained what we needed and the employee provided me with the paperwork. She then tried to up sell me in having Nevada Legal Forms do the recording for another $80 stating how difficult it was to do it yourself. I knew this was not the case and the form could even be mailed in. When I opened the package I realized it’s the same forms that are on the recorder’s website for free. And of course once the package was opened it was non-refundable. Total waste of money. I don’t know about more complicated legal transactions but for a simple one NV Legal Forms is a waste of money.

Negative 5 stars if that were possible. I went in to have a form notarized. The girl at the front desk treated me as if I were stealing something. I had a Power of Attorney form to conduct my business which she reviewed, I asked for the proper forms needed. Once I completed the forms and brought them back to her to notarized...she refused to notarize them for me. Stated that the POA was 4 years old and the notary stamp expired last year. The form was notarized by them 4 years ago! That tells me that they don't even stand behind their own work! I told her that she had a nasty attitude when I walked through the door and I would take my business elsewhere. She did not say a word, she just turned her back to me. I was not rude to her. I was merely there to conduct business and she treated me like a criminal. I am not one to play the race card but this time I have to. I must say there is nothing worse than a racist Hispanic toward an African American. I went down the street to another notary, pointed out the fact that the form was 4 years old with an expired stamp. She said the POA was still valid. She notarized my document. I filed it at the County Recorder-NO Problem. I used it at Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and the Bank of the West. No one had a problem with my form. Run from this place!

I have never been to a professional place that had a sign "NO REFUND" or sales receipt say, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUND!" I've seen this is the at the Fantastic Indoor Swap meet. But that's at a Swap Meet. For a so called professional company that has a NO REFUND, but you can get store credit for he return kit. I say you will never get me business again. I wanted a Uncontested Divorces Form. It was inferred that the "KIT" had everything I needed. The form is free at the Court, but I paid $54.05 for the "KIT!" IT INCLUDED SIX OTHER FORMS I DIDN'T NEED. This company use to be about helping you. Now they are about making money and giving bad information. Do not go to this swap meet. Say your time and money. Call a real company that puts people first!

A little pricy for a forma place. Staff knowledgeable and helpful but the wait was a long time for a form I can get online for 1/2 the price
