Great place and fast, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes compared to the Fingerprinting Bureau that takes 45 mins to 2 hours. Met the owner there Benito, he was friendly and very polite. Thank you and your staff please keep up the great work.

I had to get fingerprints for an out of state gaming commission before I move. Not only are they friendly here, but very knowledgeable. She knew what was required on all the new forms and helped me fill them out. She is also a notary which saved me a trip. I would definitely recommend them for all your finger printing needs!

These people are the BEST! My fingerprints had to be redone for an education license and I was a little cranky about having to go AGAIN to get them done, so I went here instead of where I had gone before. They were patient, kind, and made sure that I had everything perfect. They went above and beyond what was necessary and I was really grateful for that.

Told us our card required going downtown to do prints and had to be done by metro police due to DOD vs DOJ processing. It was a standard fd258 for employment. Wasted 3 hours only to be told that whoever said that had no idea what they were talking about. Wasted most of the day because she wanted to go to lunch ...... She told us she did the same to someone else as well. Also said we could make an appointment at metro.... No just sit and wait like the DMV. Went to B&D with no issues.....just go to B&D they always seem to be on top of things.

I needed to get my fingerprints taken for my security work card. This place was located inside the same building as the PILB which helped make the process of getting my card easier! Phenomenal place! I urgently needed fingerprints done and was referred here by a friend. Their website said they opened at 0800, so I called at 0805. A staff member promptly picked up, and told me I could come down NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED. I got there and staff was friendly, efficient, and catering to the needs of their customers. I was in and out in 10 mins. Job well done guys!
