Just got my fingerprints done at Fingerprint Express. My cards are thicker than the regular cards so they kept jamming their printer. Stephanie was great. She was so patient and persistent. After the 5th time trying I was ready to give up. But she kept on trying and finally she got it to print. What a great employee. I will definitely come back!

The rate is very reasonable, Michelle is great. Unfortunately for her she was the only employee working today (day after Presidents Day) and was very busy but she handled the customer demand well and I was out of there relitively quickly. I drove down From S Lake Tahoe and still think it was worth the trip. Would recommend.

I was expecting to walk into a business and deal with people who didn’t have any experience with what I needed. But when I told Kayla, the representative that helped me, that I needed my fingerprints done to renew my teaching license, she started asking me the questions that showed me she not only knew exactly what I needed, but she was completely able to help me. Within minutes, I was being fingerprinted and my prints were sent directly to the Nevada Department of Education. It was the easiest part of my renewal process. Kayla was extremely helpful. She was friendly, efficient and personable. Glad I didn't have to drive all the way to Reno to have my fingerprints done! Sadly, my inked fingerprints were rejected by the Washington State Board of Nursing. They are allowing FE to capture my fingerprints using Livescan this time. Michelle helped me today (4/17/19) & was very efficient. Hopefully, they won't be rejected a second time.
