Thanks to Mark this place is AWSOME!!! He helps package all my shipments without complaint, greets me (and others) by name, and is always very helpful! I have been there a few times when he wasn't there and the place was horrible. I almost stopped going there on Wednesday's because the other employee couldn't even work the computer!!! This is a major issue when you ship daily! Big thanks for Mark for running this place properly....I don't think he owns it but perhaps he should think about it!!!! Great service is always appreciated!!!

Pleasant staff, but I was charged $5 to send a PREPAID DHL international package. You got my money once, but will go to the UPS Store in the future.

Please, when you ship multiple items in one box, tape all of the items together so they do not move and slide around in the box. Its a pretty simple concept to keep things from smashing into each other in transit, that you need to learn. Was dissapointed to find that my porcelain signs, rare and valuable, were just left loose to roam around inside my box and get chipped up.
