I completely agree with the other users. I have used any number of Post Offices, UPS Stores, etc. and I've never been as pleased as I was with my first shipping experience at Goin' Postal in Kennesaw. I will go out of my way to go back here to ship my packages as the service was fast and courteous.

The person who regularly staffs this store does NOT regularly provide a tracking number to the customer unless it is asked for. When this happens, he very laboriously types out the entire address again in order to obtain the tracking number which he could very easily have provided as he was processing the shipping label in the first place. Because of his lack of initiative, the customer is forced to wait to obtain a tracking number which should have been routinely provided. This makes the visit to the store twice as long as it needs to be. On top of this, the clerk claimed that if one goes to a USPS branch, the customer is not provided with a tracking number save in certain cases. This is completely UNTRUE. So the store wants to charge customers more than USPS branches do, but it won't provide you with the basics that one can get at a USPS branch, and that includes friendly and efficient customer service. I do not appreciate the poor attitude and the waste of my time. When I stated this, the clerk said, "It's not a waste of time." How is it that someone else can tell me what is, and what is not, a waste of MY time? Just because HE is sitting in a store all day with nothing to do, does not mean he is not wasting MY time. He clearly isn't wasting his own, because they do not keep him busy enough at the store. But don't assume that because you have all the time in the world, your customers do, too! If this were the case, I would have gone to an actual USPS branch - the whole point of using this store is for convenience! Without a tracking number, I might as well use postage stamps, so what's the use of the "services" this store provides? Even when I hand my package to my local postman, I receive better and friendlier service - and USPS is not known for friendly service!

Their mailbox service is much cheaper than the UPS store. Their location is less congested and easier to drive in and out. The staff quickly takes care of your needs but in a friendly professional manner. I haven't been to the post office in years -- this location and staff is what the post office should learn from.

Prices are a bit higher than a the regular Post Office, but the location is super convenient. There is really no place in this area to ship stuff, besides meijers, and there always so crazy busy! I like these guys a lot, they are very nice, and they have very good customer service. If your in a rush, and need to ship something quickly, go here! Highly reccomended!

Andy is always very professional and kind to my family when we come in. He is very knowledgable about shipping and printing. It's really convenient to use Goin' Postal Omaha especially if you live in Midtown Crossing. We never miss picking up packages because they sign for them. Also they are dog-friendly and always greet our small dogs when we come go pick up packages! This post office is one of the best reasons to move to Midtown Crossing.

Since I recently discovered Goin' Postal I can happily say that I rarely have to go to a post office anymore. You can ship with multiple carriers, so you can compare rates and services. They also have a lot of cool retail items for sale, and a great printing service. Very happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Came in for a finger print scanning and arrived almost an hour early because of poor planning on my part. The shop owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We began the appointment a minute after I walked in, and he had me walking out of the door in less than 5 minutes. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable of the process--he couldn't have made it easier on me. Highly recommend this store for their quick and knowledgeable service!

After Goin' Postal mis-labeled a package being shipped by UPS they were very blasé about trying to get the package redirected to the recipient. I even had trouble getting them to talk to UPS about getting the problem solved. I was told to call UPS about it, and of course UPS had no idea who I was. After my telling Going' Postal that I needed to be updated on what was happening with the package I was told "I'll see if I can work it into my schedule. Totally unprofessional and was more concerned with telling me they weren't responsible for the problem. They don't seem to understand the customer/vendor relationship at all.

UPDATE! I guess I can only leave one comment, so I'll just add to this one. I wish I could give this place infinite 5 star ratings. I've been shipping so much stuff out lately because I've begun selling on EBay. This is the absolute most convenient place to ship. I tried out other post offices recently just to compare price and ease of use, and wow, this place is just amazing. No waiting in long lines, and the prices are the same as your normal post offices. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Head and shoulders above the other post offices. They're also open on Saturday! Happy customer. They take all of the guess-work out of shipping. I went in the store, spent all of one minute and five dollars, and everything was done! They even sent me an email notification that they had shipped my package. The staff was awesome. but I'm just especially in awe of how fast and convenient it is. I am definitely coming here again!

This is my go to shipping store. They are always friendly and make me feel like I'm a valued customer. Not only do they cover all the major shippers but they also provide notary services. Going Postal got me out of a jam when my bank, who shall remain nameless but may or may not rhyme with Schmells schmargo, required that I provide additional paper work in order to use their notary services. The Goin' Postal team is the only place I'll go when it comes to notaries, shipping and even uhaul services. I found them after a quick google search when my life was on fire and I needed a notary ASAP! In and out in under 10 mins, while 9 minutes of that was waiting on the title company to tell me they were good with the paperwork.
