Business handled very poorly. Final product for engraved pint glasses had artwork that was completely stretched and botched. I had asked several times about whether or not the sizing of the artwork was correct and was told it was good. I was never called to ask about revising the artwork because of issues and was delivered something that looked like it was sandblasted and rolled on the ground.
I understand that issues happen, but when I returned the glasses, their staff told me that he agreed that it looked horrible and that they would remedy the situation. I called back to see the remedy and was told that it was the fault of my artwork. When I asked what could be done to remedy the situation, I was told that they shouldn't be penalized for my bad art.
I often turn to the internet (been a designer for well over 15 years) for these things, but in a recent change of heart to do things locally, I had this job done locally, very much to my disappointment.
I definitely understand that mistakes happen (on their end AND on mine), but no effort to remedy this situation was made. Also, the fact that there are disagreements internally (one employee saying it was all wrong and horrible and on them and that it would've never passed the quality check another saying it was my fault) has me turning back to the internet again for my services.
