The service they provide is good but the people that work their are frank and short. Nothing like the Goin Postal in Platte City. In fact it was the direct opposite. They could learn a thing or two from people down there on how to treat customers.

Rhonda & Kim are just awesome! My mother had just passed away and I brought in some rather old dishes to ship back to California. Rhonda was very caring and carefully packed everything to be shipped as if it were her own. Kim weighed and labeled the boxes with me standing there looking at my watch with only a half hour to leave for the airport. They completed everything in record time, I got to the airport on time and 4 days later I received everything completely intact. Not one broken dish! Oh.. and by the way... They were still cheaper than the UPS store.

I visited Goin Postal on tax day to purchase stamps and mail off my tax forms. The employee assisting me informed me very rudely that she would sell me the stamps, but that if I wanted my item mailed that day I would need to go elsewhere, since their last delivery of the day had already left. I wasn't upset about having to make another stop somewhere else, but I was surprised at how much of an attitude she had with me, as though I was supposed to know their mailing schedule. This place did not make a good first impression, and I doubt I'll be back.

My husband and I stopped by Goin' Postal to see if they could FedX both packages back to the seller for us. Kim came out to help us unload both heavy packages. He was so nice the whole time he helped us. He called the seller to have them fax two return labels so we wouldn't have to take both packages back home. Rhonda helped us too. What a nice couple and a great place to handle all our mailing needs. We are so glad we have a Goin' Postal in St. Joseph!
