This place is awesome! Fedex, UPS, and Post Office services in one roof. It's my go to Amazon drop off spot! They also have cool little gifts too. I'll have to swing by and support them more by getting something for the kiddos.

I love supporting my local small business. I enjoy working with the owner J. However, I went there couple of times in the last month and there is this old lady who at the first visit; tried to ship a letter for me and the process took over 14 minutes because she couldn’t get the address right even though it was in front of her when I handed her the destination. She had to attempt it twice, then one more time because she charged the wrong amount. Another visit last weekend, I was attempting to return a package but same lady told me “ I am not comfortable shipping the box” tbh honest the box is not new as it was a return to sender. But this is a mailing center and not a carrier. If the carrier refuses to accept it then I’ll be more than happy to take it up with them. I was even going to pay for shipping when it was a return item. But the old lady said “no I can’t accept this package” when I asked for a piece of tape she wanted to charge me for a whole roll. So I walked out and never coming back.

Best place for shipping your packages! The ladies who work here are always so friendly, taking the time to get to know your needs. They provide so many services here! I’ve used them mostly for shipping packages, they are always so diligent in making sure you get the best rate - whether it be UPS, FedEx or USPS! They also offer fax services, notary, mail box services and more. Need a last minute gift or card to include in your package? No problem! They have many different type of toys and fun little gifts for men and women of all ages! Bonus is that they are located right near many different shops making it so convenient to get everything done in one quick, easy stop!

Need a good amount of personal documents shredded, AIM Mail Center came up in my search. While the process was a bit archaic, stuffing documents into a slot in a locked garbage tote, but they got the job done. Aim Mail Center has everything for personal or small business shipping needs. Nice lady working: However I brought my usps priority mail envelope which normally costs 6.70 for 2 day shipping at post office. AIM charged me 11$ and it’s apparently not going to get to the destination until Saturday, 5 days later!!! DONT GO HERE. SKIP THE MIDDLE MAN!!!!! Now my paycheck is going to be delayed because my visit records are late!! Thanks!!!!!!

Went in to get a shipping quote. The quoted price seemed much higher than the online price I could print from home. When I decided not to purchase, the man behind the counter mumbled, "well that was a waste of my time." Sorry to inconvenience you with 20 seconds of poking at your keyboard, sir. I went home and, as expected, the online price was lower. I guess I have more than one reason not to visit again.

Aim Mail Center has consistently helped us with everything from a mail box to printing our three part invoices. We pay to get quality service and products and it is worth it. Stephanie is usually who I deal with and she is super helpful and nice. They also help me mail off parts to customers so I just count on them for most all our needs! Can't say enough positive things about dealing with Aim!

I went in this place of business on 1-31-19 to have documented paperwork printed the lady said that I needed to email her my documents that was fine but then she started to make comments like she was irritated and act as if she didn’t know how to print out the forms. And also printed out my documents blurry and still made me pay for them and told me ok I have work to do well excuse me ma’am I am a paying customer here .. bottom line is if you know that you are a small business treat your customers right I will never spend my money here again and I hope the owner reads this.

super nice people who work here. More often than not, i drop off my packages here and just walk in, and put it on their table. For the first time, i needed a shipping label for a ~5 lb box with sweaters that were bought from me for $60. Looking through their system they were able to compare shipping prices and told me the cheapest way to ship would be about $35. Kindly enough, she told me it would be cheaper if i go to USPS and do it for about $21. If the package was worth more than $60 I would have shipped from Aims Mail Center. But it wasn't worth it. i appreciate her honesty and understanding!

I went here for the notary and Ms. Teresa was very kind and helpful in getting our job done on time. There were few customers in line, but she was trying to do parallel tasking so she can get to most people quickly.

The only service I've used here is mailing and usually they are helpful. My problem is I've started checking receipts recently and they have charged me for packaging that I did NOT purchase there. I don't know if management has changed or what. Now I see why service is so quick; they hope you will leave without checking the receipt. To me, that is unprofessional and shady. Will not go back unless it is an emergency and the post office isn't open.

I will not go any other place to mail anything or have notaries. Everyone is so friend and willing to help you. I dont even go to the post office. Because every time I have went its been ridiculous. But every time I go here its simple easy and theres lots of little cool stuff to buy in there as well.
