I can't shower enough praise on our St. Johns Postal Connections. They've been so accommodating with my shipping needs. Every staff member that I've encountered has went above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of. Always friendly, always courteous, and just an overall pleasure to do business with. Recently, I had an oddly shaped item I was shipping out and they didn't have a box that would realistically work. They could've easily turned me away, but instead assisted with fabricating a suitable shipping enclosure from a box I had in my truck. Made my day! Thank you SO much!!!

I find Postal Connection extremely convenient for shipping Fed Ex and UPS packages. Otherwise, as far as I know, you have to travel to Lansing or Mt Pleasant to ship UPS and Fed Ex. The employees are cordial and very helpful.
