While I really like the merrill financial advisor, and the individuals within the bank are great, BOA keeps removing services. The bank hours are M-F 9am to 4pm and now they have eliminated the drive thru. How can a bank not have a drive thru????? I would not consider if I was looking for a new bank

Bad customer service nallely or whatever her name is she always has a bad attitude and bad customer service she shouldn’t be working here she was on the phone while she was doing the transaction that’s very unprofessional
Horrible with a capital H! Huge bank with one window open on a Monday morning after Thanksgiving holiday. Everytime I go in bank NO more than 2 Windows open EVER! Very unfriendly and I believe THE manager opened bank and didn't speak, say good morning, he should be re-trained! The teller, Nicole Cruz was trying her best but it was about 20 people already waiting. Worst part was a young woman teller sitting by window drinking coffee. I don't believe she was on duty yet but, I wouldn't be sitting there yet if I wasn't on duty, giving the public the illusion I don't care. Bank of America at Maryland Parkway, sucks!
What's the point of scheduling appointments???? I came five minutes early and was standing at the front desk for 10 min. No one even bothered to look at me... Worst experience ever please close this branch

Teller where friendly, but they only have one drive thru lane open and the line was around the corner. Some things you just can't do at an ATM.
There are 6 windows available but only one open. Although the line is extremely long (16 folks waiting), these location does not do anything to accommodate the demand.
Waiting in line for only two tellers is the killer the mgrs can care less watch your cameras and you will find out what is wrong with that pic.
This place sucks. Worst customer service EVER!!! They are so rude to me and my girlfriend each time we’ve gone in to this branch.
Absolutely HORRIBLE banking, they held my check that I received a week ago. This is the worse bank possible. I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. They did not apologize for any mistakes they made in miss informing me. They are scam artist. The banker never notified me that my check would be on hold for a WEEK!! I never received an apology DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

The most disgusting bank I have ever been to in my life!!!!!! It doesn't matter what time of day you arrive you always stand in line for 25 minutes or longer. The sad part management sits around and does nothing but STUPIDvise...the manager on duty today 5/8/19 states his job is to manage...yet the line is ridiculous! I've never seen such poor management in my life. Your job as a manager should consist of helping your fellow employees vs. Standing behind one teller gossiping. Bank of America should be ashame of themselves for hiring unworthy employees willing to act as a TEAM!!! I watched 4 people leave because of the wait!! Daniel is a POOR EXCUSE OF A MANAGER AND HAS NO CARE TO HELP HIS EMPLOYEES!! PATHETIC representation of a team player!!!!

They have a line going to the back of the bank and only two cashiers working. 45 minute wait. Completely unprofessional.

9:05 am... 2 tellers, no merchant line, 12 people in line. This location has always been extremely busy yet they schedule only 2 tellers and 6 people at desks. where is my customer service, please.
Why do I have to wait so long to make a deposit? There is a full line but only two tellers and the manager seems to be more concerned with being in other people’s business than helping us get out of here
One star is way to much for this location , the service here sucks they have me waiting in line for almost 15 minutes and the the bankers in the back were just standing like they were in their own business and the 2 tellers in front so uneficient one was eating a banana when done helping one customer the other one on his cellphone. Unbelievable.
I went to this locations couple times even I work in downtown Ann Arbor, 5 minutes walk to this BOA branch. But only couple times, not more than that. WHY???? Services are okays, but managers never smile or even saying "thank you". Doesn't matter you deposit or withdrawal or open new account, loan............ Moreover, if you try to withdrawal $$$ from your bank, don't think it's piece of cake as you deposit. This guy who is manager will ask you tons of questions and not happy to give YOUR money. Don't let me saying that you are "Racist" person. But you really are.
We enjoy this bank. Everyone is friendly and ready to help for all our needs. We've added and subtracted accounts that required extra attention, friendly employees who work smoothly and efficiently made our banking experiences enjoyable. If you are able to bank Monday - Thursday, the waiting time to see a teller is less than 10 minutes depending on time of day. Friday and Saturday are peak days, expect to wait much a bit longer. Got kids? Bring them something to do while waiting and the bank has tasty lollipops too.
To begin, I can only vouch for the kind man who prevented me from waiting in line all this morning. He was very courteous, asked me what I was there for and kindly directed me to the ATM where I could get my services done faster. What a splendid, joyful creature! Now for the rest of the employees, I cannot give my opinion.
Went to this branch this morning to open an account.But was told by the short light skinned account manager with dreads. That I could not because my check was fake. She said "Given my 7 plus years experience in banking I can look at this check and know its fake". So I went to pls and cashed it, all they did was call netspend to verify the check and it was cashed with no problem. Called the branch to ask why this person with 7 so called years experience looked at my check and claimed it was fake without verifying it first. Guess she was the one who answered the phone because I was transferred to an extension that ended the call. Guess that's what 7 plus years experience gets you. Didnt even try to apologize just transferred me to a dead end welp

When it was my turn with a teller, I was asked if I had an account there? No I replied. A fair exchange I thought. .....Do you have an account at another bank? Maybe, I said. A bit nosey for sure.....Did you take it there and they wouldn't cash it? Im here! Down right RUDE!!! ... Then it took the teller at least 5 more mins to take care of it. It was simply a two party check. What is the big deal???
They wouldn't let my 5 year old use there bathroom while I waited and they wouldnt tell me of a place with a public bathroom so all in all my daughter didn't make it to a restroom thank you for your help

Never come here if you don't have at least an hour and a half of time to wait in line. Lines are horrible. Longer than the welfare line. Longer than a job fair line. As you can see in my pics, long line only 1 teller open

I met with Ola to discuss the best options on bank accounts with BOA. She was helpful, kind, and patient in helping choose which option would benefit me. She made sure she answered all my questions I had throughly before I left and even the teller I had to deposit my money (I think she was Michelle?) was soo kind and helpful. I wish I wasn’t moving out of state because I would definitely return to do my business with these ladies.

One of the worst banking experience ever Sept 13, 2017 about 10:00 AM waited in line over a 1/2 hour only 1 teller. Teller was nice and apologised for the wait, I told her it wasn't fair to her that she had to handle line all by herself. She said someone called out sick, I ask her what happens when you have to go to lunch, she said Manager will open, well Manager should be open now over 10 people in line, I used to be an operations manager at a bank and I would never let one teller open with a line that long shame on this manager.
This bank ALWAYS HAS JUST TWO TELLERS. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY AND THEY HAVE ONLY TWO TELLERS WORKING. I'VE BEEN IN LINE NOW FOR ABOUT 2O MINUTES AND THERES STILL 5 MORE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. WHEN MY WIFE AND I ARRIVED AT THOS LOCATION THERE WAS 20 PEOPLE IN LINE ALREADY. BULLSHIT! THERE'S MORE EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR WORKING AT THEIR DESK. COME ON. POOR MANAGING.
This bank is scandalous! Hidden fees EVERYWHERE! They have successfully STOLEN over $500 from me and did it very quietly. Be careful with this bank. And if you try to CALL this branch, good luck. No one apparently knows how to use a phone here either. I have yet for them to answer a call, so I'm resorting to this. Avoid this bank!
This might be the place you would consider unprofessional because of the location. I went there after closing an account with another B O A an they helped reassure me and I opened another account. The staff was helpful and courteous. I have never experienced such professionalism in this bank. It was clean and neat and the people seem to care about the people that bank with them. If you are looking for a great bank please try B O A and this location.

Don’t go to this bank. There is a lot of homeless people and human feces. There is just piles and piles of feces and the smell is horrid.
BAD Customer Service. No One Wouldn't Attend To Assist My Disable Mom On Handicap Line. This Is Why I Left BOA and Went With Wells Fargo. I Wouldn't recommend opening a account with BOA.

Unless you're going to be using the atm find another location. As many other reviewers have stated they only ever have 2 tellers. Even if there's only 1-2 people in front of you, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes minimum.

The bank charge money if transferring money to another bank. This should be free like other banks!
The branch manager is a law down dirty shame. He intended to charge me 10 bucks for a certified check while I was a preferred rewards platinum member. I then went to another branch and got it for free.
Very small branch for the location (only two tellers) and not the best attitude. I won’t be coming back to this branch, had had much much better service at other locations.
