After working for so many years, I finally decided to open my own small business (Charlotte’s Web Child Care Center) in 2016. Business has done well but like all first year entrepreneurs it came with its own sets of challenges. Being a teacher I understand children but businesses finances are new to me. After working for many years, I decided to start my own entertainment and marketing business. Within the first 2 years my business grew exponentially but as with all thriving businesses so grew the growing pains and compliance nightmare.
