Nobody came to the door to deliver my package. I have cameras that are set off when someone comes in the yard or near the front door . The person delivering my package couldn’t be bothered. The regular guys have no problems. What’s going on with UPS. It isn’t Christmas yet. Usually the problems around Christmas. I was told someone would call back within an hour. Nobody did. Lasership is no better. It sucks when you can’t get decent service. If I was a business I won’t depend on UPS or Lasership

worst package delivery service i have experienced. tracking number provided was useless as it did not correctly reflect the status of the package. when contacted regarding this, different customer service personnel had different versions of what happened to the package. delivery time window is 8 - 10 hours, so, if you have to sign to receive the package, essentially you will have to take the entire day off.

absolute garbage. did not give me time to even get to my door to get the package before leaving with it, I called the corporation's customer service which said that this location would contact me within an hour, as this is a time sensitive matter i called after the hour was up aand the line rang and rang for at least ten minutes with no answer. i am going on a trip tomorrow and if i do not have my parcel by then i will be very angry and i will do everything in my power to get retribution. this is the only time ive ever reviewed anything on google, but im just so angry i had to warn others

Think they just skipped me today then brought it back to the warehouse because I have been at the location requested all day. Now it says couldn't deliver. Call to find out what the deal is and the lady won't even let me talk saying they have till ten to deliver. When she finally quit talking I said ma'am my package says can't be dielevered. Very rudely she says " what's you tracking number" when she pulls it up she says "oh it's on hold here at the facility for some reason" I said uh yeah! I'm sure they are dealing with a bunch of people but damn, do your jobs right and I wouldn't be calling

Fed Ex has been holding packages for two or three days when it arrives cause they stay so far behind which really sucks for businesses in the area waiting on parts for job UPS is more reliable!

TERRIBLE!!! I’ve never dealt with people this rude, they are horribly rude and disrespectful!! Talked to a lady on the phone that “said she was a manager” which I find doubtful! She was loud obnoxious rude and wouldn’t let me speak! Told her she was going to be reported and she didn’t care. This location has been terrible for years and needs new management and a class for their employees on manners, politenes and common curtesy!! Back when I lived in MA I had an issue with delivery and a rude punk kid called me threatened me that my package wasn’t going to be delivered and did everything short of swearing at me on the phone! Jump ahead ten years later and I’m having a package delivered to someone in MA and this company is still just as rude today 2018!

Took 2 entire weeks to deliver a package from Minnesota to Massachusetts. Then apparently they tried to deliver the package on the last day of shipping. I was home waiting all day. And no note saying they attempted. My name is right outside displayed but apparently they couldn't figure out which apartment I live in. They never update their site at one point it was 4 days in one package facility. Avoid this service at all cost!!!!!!

I have never ever in y adult life been spoken to in the way that the dispatcher had talked to me. It was the most unprofessional and unhelpful conversation I have ever had. When I asked to speak to someone and for the phone number of the department that could help me with my stolen order, I was hung up on.

Absolutely terrible experience on multiple occasions, terrible customer service, organization, professionalism, wish things wouldn't be shipped with UPS. Half of the time they don't bother delivering just tell you to pick it up at the store, which is only like one hour every night, supposedly 9pm, but they actually open the doors to let people in at 9:30, and some people don't get served. Avoid at all costs.

Ignorant delivery guy. I Ordered a desk and not only did a corner come damaged but they left this 6 feet box standing VERTICALLY against my garage door. Ups does an amazing job at delivering. All the drivers are super nice. The driver delivers my sons big surprise gift. Saw that he was playing in the front yard and knocked on the door to tell me so we could bring it in the side with out him seeing. That was very thoughtful

My package was out for delivery on Thursday to be delivered by 8pm which then the tracking later in the day said carrier Delay.....ok no problem then the same exact thing happens on Friday. i call Customer service and they give me the song and dance "sorry it will be delivered monday" I once again check the tracking monday morning..... Great it says out for delivery........NOT!!!!!! by 10am it says carrier delay AGAIN called customer service and they had the nerve to say it was because the package weighs 132lbs and thats why they keep leaving it off the truck....Hopefully my package goes on a diet loses a few pounds so it can be delivered..........HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Driver noted online that “customer not in on first attempt”. I was home all day. Customer Service representative (who was also the supervisor) stated the package wasn’t delivered because of dogs. Okay well I could easily understand that, but the driver didn’t even stop by. He could have honked. Then the CSR “attempted to reach the driver” and after 2 additional hours of waiting the driver final stated he didn’t even attempt to stop.

Currently my package has been sitting at this same carrier facility for 3 days straight and has been pushed back to Tuesday of next week. That'll be 3 more days. 2 day shipping not honored. At this point they're just not trying. Edit: I ended up having to take a day off of work and go to the facility myself to pickup the package in-person.

This UPS is horrible. In July I order a package from a vendor in California. I received the package without hesitation in less than a week. I went back on eBay and reordered and didn’t change anything. The carrier reported that isn’t a good address. Sent my package back. I go to the location post office and get the physical address for package delivery. Ups didn’t attempt the address at all. The address is changed on the website....I’m so upset with this entity of UPS...Horrible. No one never tried to call me

Horrible! I order the bulk of my supplies from amazon. I opt in for 2 day shipping, our packages always arrive AFTER 7 pm on the second day. However, the tracker shows that all the packages are received by this UPS around 7 am. On their latest fiasco, I ordered a part for my lawn mower with one day shipping (which costs extra!) The part was delivered to the warehouse at 7:40 am on Tuesday, delivery was supposed to be guaranteed by 8 pm. It is now 9:00 pm and I have no package! Get it together UPS, hire more drivers, do whatever it takes. At this point I would gladly pay extra to bypass your crappy service altogether. Horrible, horrible service.

Not perfect, but I get packages from them all the time, usually through Amazon, and have had only a few issues. I've never had anything broken in shipment. I have had a package mix up right after Amazon Prime day, but everything turned out fine. I have much better luck with them than USPS. Given the amount stuff I order, I think they do a decent job.

The worst ppl I've ever had to deal with.. First, the drivers lie, obviously getting paid to do nothing. Cheating the system. Mike, whom works at the facility, lies also.. customer service is the worst.. if there is some one, willing to help, they cannot get you a driver, they don't know when, what time your package will arrive.. For 2 years they have been delivering my packages to an abandoned house 100 feet away from mine. I have talked their their supervisors, managers, and even called corporate. I am sick of this company and if their was any way I could avoid ANY packages being delivered through them, I would have done it YEARS ago. I would never use there service it is 345 at ups customer center in Hattiesburg Ms coming to pick up a package and I counted 10 people in the office laughing and joking seeing you out there. Then a supervisor walks out and I said all those people in there and nobody can atleast help it is 48 degrees out here. He said go to the side door they will help you go in there they look crazy at you when walk in the door. Told them I was here for a package they said it aint 4 yet. I did not go there, but had a package delivered today that was left on my walkway at the bottom of my covered porch in the rain. Luckily, I got home before the rain was too bad, but this person couldn't be bothered to take one more step to put it undercover. Disgraceful UPS.

Waited for two packages, the expensive one was left at the front door, the second not. We paid to get faster delivery, ended up to wait for the next day delivery, because the facility where they left the package will be closed by 6:30 pm. Just use different service, UPS is not reliable.

I have my packages held for pickup there vs. having to wait for them to be delivered - and risk possible theft off my porch. The woman who's there weekday mornings is super-nice. I just wish they'd have a sorting crew that worked Saturdays - packages that come in after Friday midnight can't be picked up till Monday. Pain for those who have weekday commitments.

The driver for my area just marks our address as wrong so he doesn't have to deliver it. Call them and they say they don't know why he is doing it. Then they don't call you back when you request to speak to the supervisor. WORST UPS FACILITY EVER!!! Would give it ZERO stars if I could.

Very terrible customer service! "Manager" Alonzo was very rude and assisted very little. Told us that our package that was showing to be in Hattiesburg was actually still in Lousiville, Ky. only for us to receive it less than 20 minutes later. This manager had a very nasty attitude the whole time he was on the phone. Usually would not waste my time writing a review on a particular store, but seeing as how there is no where to complain on UPS website and almost impossible to talk to an actual person on the phone when calling any other number I had no other choice!

Worst UPS shipment facility. They fail to contact the receiver by phone or email or even a notice before returning packaging to sender. Even something as simple as an apt # being left off of an otherwise COMPLETED address will have them send the shipment back. They have no communication with their customers whatsoever.

I ordered two cell phones from Best Buy but they needed signatures and I wasn't home so they could not deliver them. I called and asked them if I could pick them up at UPS Center in Lynnfield and they said yes at 8PM. I got there and they said the driver wasn't in yet. I waited 30 mins and then they said the driver was in but unloaded everything and forgot to put my two packages aside. At 8:45 they said they could not get them since they were somewhere on a big truck. They said they would deliver them tomorrow. The next day I got one of the two. I called about the other and they said I had switched it to customer pick up. So now I need to go pick it up there since tomorrow I will not be around to sign for it and frankly I don't trust them. I will make sure that have it in their hands before I go there. Next time I am having my packages sent to the store and not shipped to me.

I tracked a package online it showed received by this store, I then called customer care to find out when I could pick it up and the computerized voice said it was there. When I got there the lady behind the desk said it wasnt there, she looked at me like "now get out of here" I asked where it was she told me the order of shipping facility but couldn't tell me where it was. The people physically inside the building are great. The drivers and customer service are a joke. If I see this site show up for any of my shipments, I will immediately cancel the order. They have NEVER successfully delivered me a package. FedEx, USPS, etc., all provide better service and have always been on time, if not early. UPS can't even find my building. Useless.....

I ordered a concert ticket from stub hub and it was supposed to be here on Friday after I purchased it on Wednesday. The concert is today, Saturday, and they're now telling me they cant give it to me until Monday. Now Im sitting here making phone calls because they couldn't drop off a simple package.
