Yesterday I came at 1:30pm as a walk-in. There was nobody here even though their posted hours had them open from 9am-6pm. Today I had an appointment at 11:00am and still nobody here. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Voicemail box is full and cannot take messages. This is ridiculous! I highly recommend using someone else.

I NEVER write reviews...EVER. But I had to.... Even after talking to the owner (Ryan), I was still unable to get my prints done. Had to take my business elsewhere after 4 days of trying with this business. UGH. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Scheduled appt, was emailed to come a day earlier, took off work, arrived to a closed office. When contacting the Middle River branch, the informed me the owner miscommunicated and would I be available now the day AFTER my scheduled appt.

I wish there was an option for no stars! I went to the location in Gambrills, MD on 09/29/2017. The website quoted 20 dollars for ink prints. The lady on the phone said it would be $40.00. When, I finally found the office (in the back of the building) the young lady told me $25.00 a card (I had 3)! Disgusted I went to Apex in Glen Burnie, where I should of gone in the 1st place!
