Do not use this place for Amazon dropoffs. It will not go well. Go to a bonafide UPS Store instead. Went here for a simple drop off with a prepaid label, somehow walked out in a daze having paid $9 bucks. Everyone weeps for small businesses, but they will rip you off just as bad (or worse) than Corporate America.

Anytime I have had to ship something over the past couple of years, I have taken it to Postman Plus. I took responsibility for properly packing the items that needed to be shipped. I never have had a problem. The staff is very helpful, and I like that in one place I can find out what the best shipping options are for my package and not have to run around to different locations.

Location has friendly staff and little to no weight time. I have two ipostal boxes at this location for business mail and it is extremely convienent that I can see who has sent me mail online without physically going to Postman Plus and make a decision online if I want Postman Plus to keep the mail there until I stop by, shred it, or forward to another address. Location also offers notary and key copying services in addition to their delivery services.

Used them for years. Never an issue. All my packages and cards sent overseas have always arrived. Regular and certified mail I have sent domestically has always arrived. Sharon and staff are very friendly. Haven't used the regular post office for ages bc this is so much more convenient for me.

Unfortunately, probably the worst art packers I've ever encountered. Do not trust with shipping. I won two porcelain figurines from a local auction house and they picked it fine, but they took forever to ship and promise me it would ship "tomorrow" three days in a row. But wait, they packed a 275 year old porcelain figurine in super tight bubble wrap (the figurine had fingers only a half a centimeters long) and PAPER. Seriously? Because they packed it so tightly with paper, a finger broke off. (mind you I just spent over 400 dollars on this figurine) I called the owner and she said the packer would never use paper and denied it at first. Only after I got angry she agreed she would get insurance involved. The restoration cost 85 dollars and she agreed to pay for that but told me she wouldn't want to refund the money of the figurine, yet it is THEIR fault. After playing phone tag for weeks and hearing excuses, "Family matter" "Holiday traffic" "busy", she told me she would only refund half. Frustrated I only got my money back when I threatened them with small court case letter. Sent the check with no tracking and never got to me. Had to PayPal me the money and then charged me as a buyer for the PayPal charge. Stay away!!!!

Local place to drop off packages. Staff is friendly. Only issue is that they only have one register for taking on packages, so there can be a wait.
