We purchased an 8' x 2' piece of wall art about a block down the street. We walked it down to PA+, and these folks created a customized shipping method to get it home in one piece. Have had enough bad experiences with them now that I feel compelled to leave an accurate review to warn others. If you drop a pre-paid package off with them, often times it ends up in a corner where it will sit for days before they finally realize it needs to get moving. When calling to find out why a tracked package still hasn't been scanned after FOUR days, they blame the delivery people for not scanning it, only to find out miraculously it leaves their facility shortly after calling to find out why the package hasn't shipped yet. This has happened no less than 3 times now and every time they are rude on the phone and blame someone else when it's clear it was still with them. If you choose to have them package and ship an item for you, their prices are higher than going direct with a carrier. Finally, they aren't familiar with shipping laws and I've heard them tell customers they couldn't ship items that they absolutely could (a firearm for one example that was being shipped to an FFL, which is 100% legal via USPS) but they told this individual (incorrectly) that it was illegal to do so. I'm done with them and recommend you look elsewhere as well. The convenience doesn't overcome the hassle you pay down the road... (the latest example of them sitting on a package with a screenshot attached - not the first time either - called them yesterday afternoon and was told they didn't have it and it was carriers fault for not scanning it when according to them, it left their facility on the 15th - shortly after I called (5:30), it was scanned in and FINALLY started moving)

We love their copier services The color 8.5x11 fliers they make are very high quality and help us to advertise our services. They do all our large quantities of b&w copies and the quality is perfect and the speed is great. We like the convenience of emailing the originals directly to the store and then getting an email for pickup when they are done. They do passports, notary, shredding and even make keys and so we use them for everything.

They are so friendly and helpful, plus they accept packages for FedEx, USPS, AND UPS. Had I known that they accept packages for UPS, I would have tried them a lot sooner. Great place!

This place sucks! Always understaffed and disorganized. Mailed fed ex package 9:25am on 8/20/2015. Package was not given to fed-ex until 8/24/2015 and delivered 8/25/2015. My business deadline was 8/24/2015. Don't use these guys. I will never use this sorry service again, this has cost me money.

I asked the clerk, Matthew, if they did passport photos. He said yes, and walked away without saying anything or even looking at me. So I followed him around and had to pry words out of his mouth. He took my passport photos without giving me any direction, except not to smile. He didn't show them to me until after I paid for them. And they were terribly with poor lighting. But it wasn't nearly as bad as the customer service. I will never go back, and I've already told my family to never go there.

Wonderful customer service! I would rather pay a little extra and get the great customer and support a small business. (We no longer go to the post office.) Since PostalAnnes offers so many services like USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc. you have the option of choosing the best value. The PostalAnnex will pack your your shipment as well. They also have small gifts and cards that are always fun to throw in my packages last minute. I highly recommend!

If you are looking to fax or ship something I dont recommend this location. This is my second time coming to PostalAnnex and like most of the reviews state their customer service is terrible. I'm sorry but why is there a $3 minimum to use your card? You dont have that issue at USPS, staples, office depot and so forth. I walked in and there was a lady behind the counter helping a customer. She didn't even look up to say she would be with me. Barely acknowledged I was there. I walked around and just waited. There was another lady who came from the back to help about 5 minutes later. All I needed to do was fax 2 pieces of paper which came out to $2. I told her to charge my card the $3 because I didn't have cash. She decides to give me 2 stamps to make up for the difference. Why do 2 stamps cost $1 and why was I charged $3.12 for it? I'd much rather go somewhere where I know I'll be greeted, helped and not ripped off.

These are very nice folks. I had a document I was not sure needed to be notarized, which it turned out only needed to be witnessed. They helped me and didn't even charge (!).. I would definitely come back and use their shipping and postal services the next time I need to ship.

Took a package to ship on Monday, May 6. It was important: Our oldest granddaughter’s 5th birthday gift. We couldn’t go to her party in another state, so wanted to make sure her gift arrived before her birthday party on the weekend. Gave clerk the correct address (written on paper, no less) and was assured the package would arrive on Wednesday. Spoke with son on Sunday. Package had not arrived!!! A visit to Postal Annex today revealed that UPS reported attempted delivery, but address was wrong. Turns out the clerk typed in the wrong address on the shipping label. He was looking at the correct address on the paper I handed him, but typed it wrong and didn’t offer me to check the label. We were sick that her birthday gift didn’t get to our granddaughter. We paid over $22 to get it there before her birthday and the gift is STILL not there, 5 days late. Our compensation? “We’re really sorry.” They’re “REALLY SORRY?” Good grief. UPDATE: Today, May 20, it has been two weeks since Postal Annex shipped our granddaughter’s birthday package. She STILL does not have her birthday gift. We were assured last week that they would locate the package and get it to our granddaughter. I’m out of words. HUGELY disappointed in this Postal Annex.

I've been coming here for 6 years it's very convenient to my home. I have online business and had them pack many items for me in those 6 years. They had a manager named Matt he was great. Prices were very reasonable too when he was working. a few months ago sold off most of my business. I Had them pack many items and they did a terrible job. Cost me 8k in returns and loses. I gave postal annex around 3-4K too pack everything and many of my customers said it was the worst packing ever. They didn't want too comp me and demanded me to pay the reminder balence of 400$. Terrible business people. Also, go too fedex in Somerville circle it's a 10 minute drive from postal annex. The prices to pack and ship are less then half of postal annex. If anything is damaged during shipping from fedex and that they pack the item they also cover cost. Please make sure you save your receipts. Joseph madden jr

These guys have been friendly and helpful every time I've come in. But today, I'm loving them because they saved me money. I had forgotten about a Christmas return I mailed in January. I realized that I hadn't been refunded my money, and the merchant was claiming they never received the package. I had thrown away the original tracking number, and decided to call up the Postal Annex on the off chance they kept my transaction information. Sure enough, they had everything I needed (tracking number, delivery date, who signed for the package). I'm so pleased!

Horrible service! The clerk was so rude. I went in to pick up a fax that never came through. I also said that I just need a key made. They told me the price of $2. I waited there for 30 min to see if my fax will come through and never did. (Senders fault, not theirs). I was with my 2 young children and they were getting very irritable. I was on the phone. With the VA trying to get the fax sent and also trying to calm my children. After the 30 min, I decided I should leave and wait for the fax in the car so as not to disturb them with my kids being loud. When I went to pay for the key, they said the purchase needed to be over $3. But I didn’t need anything else. Before thinking about anything I could buy, she told me to leave and never come back. She said she refuses to serve me again and if I come back she will call the cops on me. I was frustrated because she didn’t tell me about the $3 policy when I walked in. Otherwise I could have looked around and found something I wanted while I was on the phone for 30 min. What kind of person sees a mother struggling with her kids and then decides to be rude to her on top of that.

This is a great local business with multiple services. Unfortunately, I had been paying for a private mail box at a UPS store for 5 years. After I moved, I found this little gem tucked away at Northwood Plaza. The rates here were significantly lower, and manager, Rishi, offered a level of service above and beyond what I had expected based on my prior experiences with similar businesses. Not only were the rates for mailboxes lower, but also for fax, notary, extra keys - everything. But the best part about this business is the customer care and friendly, personal service. I will never go back to the UPS store again.

What a great experience. There was a really nice guy and he explained the whole process of renting a mailbox very calmly and clearly. I really feel safe and welcome here, which has become so important after moving to the Vally and having to move so often, dealing with so much money with so many people. It's wonderful to find a place like this in the Flathead Postal Annex certainly has my trust. Thank you mailing gods for this PostalAnnex+. When we starred our business - What I thought would be a daunting task turned out to be the easiest thing We did . We always ship a bunch of boxes at one time all of which were different sizes and rather cumbersome. The hardest thing I had to do was lift them on the counter (which they offered to help with) and they did the rest. If they are not busy the always help to your car with packages. I'm a ex UPS store customer and this place is so much better at customer service.

They find the best prices and shipping option for you, help you pack items (you don't need to bring your own tape!), and just make things simple and easy. I avoid USPS as my service there has been awful but finding Postal Annex was truly a blessing, both for my personal and small business shipping needs. I don't know why anyone would choose to go somewhere else.

Having no idea what I was doing when I started my business, it turns out one great choice I made was finding PostalAnnex+. I'm able to check my mail at a time that is convenient to me (with a pass code), and typically kill two birds with one stone by stocking up on needed supplies when I'm there (stamps, envelopes, paper, etc.). The prices are reasonable and the customer service is over the top. They've gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion when they certainly didn't need to. My daily route to check my mail and run my work errands is part of my workday that I very much look forward to, and PostalAnnex+ is the reason for that. Fair pricing, one on one service, attention to detail and a large catalog or products and services make them a no-brainer. The customer service is just the icing on the cake.

To most people the most important fact will be that this place has excellent prices (I saved ~240.00$ versus the ups store down the road). What’s important to myself, and certain others, is that the service at this place is fantastic. Every time I come in it’s the same person, and every time he is kind, helpful, and patient. This store also sells locally crafted cards, ceramics, etc. I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood shipping center, and I live right by the usps on old Fredericksburg road. I will continue to drive past the usps or the ups store to give this place my business and support.

If you live on the south end of town, this is a great little place to use for shipping. All the carriers are covered, plus other shipping needs and passports. The staff has always been very friendly with me, and I never have to wait long on a busy day. It's easy to spot and is located around other shopping destinations too.

item being shipped 15x14x6. Box sold to ship item 18x18x18. Other available boxes 16x16x8 was not offered. this location just lost a customer for trying to get an extra $3.00. Ask for a refund on the unnecessary box and now have to wait 1-2 business days. And by the previous reviews I'm not the only one they did this to.

When I need to ship something by UPS or FedEx, this is where I take it. They are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they normally have only one person working the store, so if there is more than one person in front of you, it can take a while to get to the front of the line to do your business.

Shipped a birthday gift the other day, I needed them overnightted and the post office couldn't guarantee overnight delivery so I was able to FedEx overnight my gift and it arrived on time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what my shipping options were, they also helped me pack the item to ensure it arrived in tact and it did, thanks guys!

I have to pinch myself every single time I go into this store. Is it a dream?!! Rishi is the warmest, most professional, efficient, hard working, kind-hearted, GENEROUS human being on the planet. The store is run like a well-oiled machine--but with a smile! He is honest and ethical.There is nothing he won't do for you, including finding creative ways to keep costs down (way down, when possible--even if you don't ask--he has saved me a lot of money) and personally tracking your packages, filing a claim himself so you don't have to do it, meeting you at the curb or way out in the busy, crowded shopping center parking lot with a dolly (he's out there long before you get there if you call), etc. I have seen him deftly juggle a store full of six or eight customers alone, where everyone is happy. People go to this postal annex because of him. I would never go anywhere else.

I had two mailings for UPS. The woman behind the counter was rude, and threw two mailing envelopes at me with the mailing envelopes for me to put the mailing labels into. When I asked for Drop-Off receipts, she said in a mean tone, "We don't give drop-off receipts." I won't go to this business again, and it is the closest UPS agent near my house. I tried to do business with these people a few times in the past but the atmosphere is unfriendly and it is not a nice looking interior. I like another postal business about one mile further away. They have an attractive store and are nice and friendly.

I went in today with some wheels to ship.I had them packaged in separated boxes, and wanted one large box instead of two smaller ones. Shellee, Ella, Matthew, and Sarah were working. They helped me find the right size box and helped me to package it. OH MY GOSH Cindy seriously went above and beyond to help me in my time of need this evening. I am an illustrator who had to ship a Christmas order, tonight/tomorrow being the cutoff dates for timely arrival. I new they closed at 6, and surprisingly, when preparing my order at home my printer crapped out around 530! I called Cindy, who offered me printing services, accepting my printables via email, and when I arrived she was SO helpful, as the address didn't come up on my phone! I have to say, Postal Annex in Batavia is great! Owner, Carole Wolff, goes above and beyond. She has created a wonderful addition to Batavia for small businesses. She offers full package service for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. In addition, she offers PO box service that includes free fax. Not to mention those of you who need a physical delivery address for your business; I was paying a $120 a month just for that service alone.Oh, did I mention they also have Penske truck/van rental for those last minute p/u & deliveries. They even have Notary service. But what really caught my eye was the wonderful collection of old fashion wooden toys that have become so hard to find.What a wonder eclectic little shop. To all the small business owners out there #SupportSmallBusiness Like Carole says " it's like having your own personal assistant." Conveniently located next to Jewel/Osco on Randal Road.

The staff has been helpful in answering questions, helping me find the fastest shipping methods or the cheaper option on items not needing speed. Incompetent notary. Go in to get paperwork notarized and she looks over the materials and then pulls out her book and fills out all of the information. Tells me to sign the forms. Then she decides she isn't able to notarize. No explanation. I can understand if a notary won't notarize something which she isn't comfortable with for any reason and I would not blame her for that. But to first review documents and then instruct someone to sign them and ONLY THEN say they won't notarize is just plain incompetence. Now I've wasted all kinds of time and effort because I can't even try another notary since this one instructed me to sign the docs and now they are ruined.

I've had a mailbox here for my business for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience. First off, I collect mail and small to large box shipments every week. They have a FREE service where you can get notifications when boxes are checked in AND when mail is delivered to your box. Also they are a commercial address so not only is your stuff safe from doorstep thieves but your boxes come early, not like packages that get delivered to your home past 5PM. Secondly, they are slightly more expensive than a USPS, UPS, or FedEx store but its because they are NOT employed by them. They are a separate business providing services for the convenience of the customer. I mean people pay for water service at their homes and buy bottled water, but I'm sure most people don't have rain catchers to save money. Lastly, their whole staff is amazing and very helpful every time I come in. They even have free candy to munch on at the front desks. I highly recommend the Postal Annex!

Richard (Rishi) & his team are very customer focused! You would be pleasantly surprised at the diversity of products & services offered. We originally rented a box when our temporary living situation changed. We needed a short-term solution to receive mail. Because our need was basic and short-term, it was our intention to only use the service for a month or two. Since that time, however; we have had such a great experience with Postal Annex that we will continue to use Postal Annex for years to come! The staff receives & stores several packages that we receive each week, recently helped my spouse with expedited processing on a passport renewal...and even sent a fax for me when submitting an employment application to a local employer. Yes, surprisingly some businesses still require a fax and I haven't had one for 10 years...but they do! In the blazing hot Florida afternoon sun, Rich always offers assistance with bringing packages to my vehicle, which are often loaded into my car by him as well. If you are looking for a professional, consistent, and pro-customer experience, I strongly recommend Postal Annex: Clearwater (@ Enterprise)!

I can't give this place a one star review, because there have been occasions where they do a good job. Today was a major, infuriating exception to that. We needed to send a fax internationally, and we had the number written on the document, with +39 (for Italy). The associate attempted to fax the document, and thought she did it wrong, so she asked someone else for help. That's fine, probably not something you see every day. However, the response the other employee gave right in front of us, while pretending we weren't there, tried to blame us for having the wrong number. "Well, they are SUPPOSED to have the full number on the document. You need to type 011." That's the international exit code. Now, I could be wrong, but I believe that's the point of the '+', which we pointed out. They completely ignored us and pretty much pretended we weren't in the store. They went on to reiterate our 'mistake'. "See, they need to write out the full number, we can't just GUESS what the number is." Well, international exit codes aren't a guess, and we wrote the country code for Italy. So what exactly is the guess? I've never been treated like this much of an idiot before, even when I am wrong. So you can only imagine my frustration when I'm right and still get treated like an idiot. I'm probably going to have to avoid this place from now on.

This is hands down the worst postal service center I have ever dealt with. You could not pay me to ever use their services again. Besides the one man named Ben being completely miserable and taking it out on his customers, their prices are absolutely absurd. When I enter the credentials of the package I sent out online on FedEx's website, the price was over $100 less of what this place charges. When I called to discuss this, I was told "the dimension of the box goes into factor of why it was priced so high." The box I sent out was small, but for the sake of it I entered a "extra large" box on FedEx's website, and still it was a much cheaper then the price this place gave me. My mother moved to an assisted living in Clearwater, we mailed several things back to Indiana and everything was great. Then she needed more care, so we had to move her entire apartment of belongings. I remembered how nice and caring the staff was here, so we loaded up all we could UPS and drove to see if they could help us. They were wonderful. They even came out to the mini van and loaded up all of the boxes and all the things that were still in bags. They boxed up precious items, pictures, breakables, clothes and many things. It was such a relief to have that all taken care of for us. It was all supposed to arrive on Monday in Indiana and it did! Everything was in perfect condition, nothing was broken! Amazing! All of moms keepsakes were intact. It was a difficult time for us, but they took a great burden off my shoulders that day. You can get anything you need there, not just shipping, we also got stamps once and every service you need is there for mailing and shipping. Used Postal Annex to drop off a FedEx shipment that was pre-labeled. The woman who was behind the counter could barely give me the time of day. She wouldn't even touch the package and told me to bring it behind the counter and place it on the floor. They need to have some back up when their printer goes down for printing out APO shipping labels. They seem to not care about the importance of these packages being mailed out ASAP. There's a reason why I chose that location so close to home. They assume I have the time to drive across town to the other location on 8th St. when they suggested that to me! I have been using this facility for mailing packages for well over 10 years. I am thoroughly pleased with the professional and cheery staff that they always have on hand. The manager, Tracy, runs a nice tight "ship". I noticed the previous review only gave them a one star, then owns up to the fact that it is his fault. So why would you give them a one star if it is your own fault? While it is true that you might pay just a bit more, it sure beats going to the US post office where the service is absolutely horrid. In life, it is not always just about price, there are other factors. Service and convenience is what Postal Annex provides. Thanks for such a great place!

The first 2 times we went here we had great service. Today they lost our buisness. We brought in 3 decorated Mason Jars and were charged 67.00 dollars for supplies and shipping. When we asked why we weren't Warned about how much the supplies were before she boxed everything up she said they don't tell anyone that ahead of time during the holidays. Which to us means they are trying to make extra money and rip us off. When we said we cannot afford for 3 Mason jars to now cost 67.00 and we'd like to change the packaging she refused and made a big deal out some packing peanuts. We asked "Can you take out the peanuts and reuse them and the bubble wrap and we will pay for the box?" She very rudely said "That is NOT how we do things here and I am not changing that for you!" After us only getting more frustrated she finally gave us our stuff back and told us to NEVER COME BACK. Don't worry. We NEVER want to come back and we WILL warn everyone we know to never go there.

I went in on a Friday needing to mail a package for Saturday delivery to Seattle. The woman who helped me talked me out of paying $70 for overnight delivery by assuring me there was an option, through FedEx, that would get it there Saturday for $14. I, of course, chose that option. When I got home and began tracking the package I saw it was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. What!?! I contacted FedEx only to learn that it had been sent FedEx ground, which doesn't deliver on weekends. It needed to be sent FedEx home delivery to be delivered on a Saturday. Postal Annex advertises the fact they will find the most efficient/effective delivery means. It's their job to know these things. So disappointing. Choose who you ship with carefully if you have a package that needs to get somewhere in a timely manner. Also, be very wary of employees with "in training" on their name tags. Clearly more training is needed.

If you’re military, don’t waste time on a notary trip here. They wouldn’t accept my military ID as valid. When I presented my New Mexico State driver’s license, they wouldn’t accept that either, saying that it needed to be a Colorado license. Given that out-of-state licenses are common for active-duty military, this effectively forecloses their notary service for those serving.

OK people no one there makes any more money by getting you to spend more. Some times there are a lack of supplies this is not a large company they have maybe up to 3 people in each office. Cut them some slack. You all are obviously paranoid and delusional. No one there is trying to get any one to pay more. It doesn't help the employee at all. Doesn't help keep their job either and 3 dollars really??? I don't care if that's all you have. If you are going some where to spend money then either spend it there or go some where else your ignorance is not needed.

They will get your package mailed but there is a weird problem of the prices, USPS always seems higher than i pay by printing my own postage. Not sure why yet.
