Fool me once shame on me, ..fool me twice man yeah shame on the mva, the mva blammed normans for a screw up they caused and accused normans of, of course i swore it was normans fault, no it was the mva they are so dull so blunt so outdated so poorly ran just walking in to the mva feels like your walking into a time portal to the 1980s regardless the mva has been the reason its been 2 months now for why i still havent received my tag refund, sorry normans and thank you to the sweet lady that forgave me and worked with after shoot me and her both got fustrated, thanks again guys, will do business here again, MVA you suck

Been there on a couple occasions, first to tag and title a historic vehicle of mine. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes with tags in hand, no BS. Second time to get tags for my truck. Got tags and inspection sticker in less than 10 minutes again with no BS. Prices are a little higher than MVA, but i'd rather pay a little extra then have to stand in line with stinky people all day and deal with nasty old ladies that make you jump through hoops at the counter of the MVA in essex. Customer service was excellent and I am very pleased with all of my visits.

Totally wrong information. Needed a replacement title for a vehicle from SC. Woman on the phone told me they could get it so I drive to the place the next day, they tell my wife they cant process for SC???

Called ahead of time to see if they can notarize something for me before I wasted my time driving there. Explained what I needed and they said to come by, they can help me. Wrong!!!!! Not only could they not help me, they did so with an attitude. Nearby employees just stood there and watched at how I was being disrespected by one of their other employees. Needless to say I left there feeling angry and disgruntled. A complete waste of time.
