I've been dropping off my packages for UPS and USPS here for years. The owner is efficient, friendly and I've never had a problem. They also do notaries which I've gone there for many times. I highly recommended coming here.

I was there yesterday evening to ship a package for my job and was welcomed with a beautiful smile and great customer service experience! Everything from box size selection to packing/shipping was done with care and thoughtfulness. This store is my new go to place for everything shipment (no more post office for me). Bravo!

I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I had to go to the store 3 different times and wait over 45 minutes for them to tell me they accidentally deleted my fingerprint appointment. They aren't open when they say they are and the machines do not work.

Summary: Only go here if you want your package to be "lost"!!! This was my first time going here. I dropped off a FedEx pre-paid package on December 23rd. This was an expensive phone that was being sent back to Google. After about a week I get an email from Google stating they had not received my package! Confused by this I called Steve at the store and he said he would reach out to FedEx and do some research. After about a week I called Steve back and he said that he did not get any more information and told me to call FedEx. After filing a claim with FedEx I heard back within a day stating that they only picked up 1 package that was supposed to go Texas and the next pickup had no packages that were the same zip code as my package. Steve will not take ownership for losing my package and this business has nothing in place to avoid situations like these. For example why do you not have video surveillance or scan packages when someone drops off a package. What is to stop someone from opening packages and seeing what is inside of them?

I went to the store to drop off a few packages and needed additional tape to seal one of the boxes. The young lady there not only helped secure the box properly, but she helped gently affix the shipping label to the box. She was super kind and had the warmest smile throughout! I ended up buying other things that I didn't really need. I will definitely be back to ship packages and not just drop off.

Failed to package my shipment properly. The items arrived broken and damaged beyond repair. Over $400 was spent to have a family heirloom destroyed. Would not recommend.

I will never support this store again. It was my first and my last. I walk in to this location to purchase stamps. I ask the man, how much stamps cost (June 2019). He said 60 cents. I replied when did stamps go up to 60 cents. He said this year. I purchased stamps last year for 50 cents. As long as i have been buying stamps, USPS does not go up on stamps 10 cents more. I purchased the stamps, only because I needed to mail a letter right away and Post Office was closed. I went to my car to retrieve my phone to research the US PO stamp increase. My research of the increase effective January 2019 of 55 cents. I turned back around and went back into the store to confront the African man and said to him stamps did not go up 60 cents. He begin to get indignant and proceeded to give me my money back. I caught him in a lie and then he cheated me. Had he not said this in the very beginning that stamps cost 55 cent, but I charged 60 cents. Then, he makes a racist comment about black people. I can understand the man want to make a few extra cents, but to lie about and cheat is another thing. I told him I will never support his business. When it comes to business, attitude, quality and customer service are one of the attributes that keeps a business thriving. My last support to this business. You racist comment will not be tolerated.
