Service was great, until I got home and figured out that it wasn't actually completed after I had left. I tried to contact them many of times but was not able to get a hold of them. They finally fixed the error weeks later. Not acceptable.

In a rush, my adult son an I went to ESS for fingerprinting (last minute). I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, speed, knowledge-level, and overall customer attentiveness that Michele Geidel provided. Very glad we chose this business. Thank you Michele!!

DO NOT go here if you are in a rush, ever need a refund, or need an Individual Review. On June 7th, I needed my fingerprints done via Live Scan. So, I went to ESS and did the Live Scan. The next day, I received a call that I needed to come back and get another set of fingerprints done because my prints need to go to California. Fine. I went back the next day, and got my fingerprints done again. I was told that I would get a refund of the balance, since the Individual Review costs about $20 less than what they charged me for. Today is June 26th, and I have YET to receive a refund. I also have YET to receive my fingerprint results from CJIS. I'm so frustrated, because I can possibly lose the contract/ job offer due to ESS. There seems to be a great disconnect in communication between the owner and the employees. From what I'm told the owner signs off on refunds, but I have had to call repeatedly to remind them. Again, today's June 26th I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the refund. The only reason why ESS gets two stars is because of the auditor (I wish I could remember her name, she was very nice) that called and told me of their mistake. I'm not sure if I will ever receive my refund or my fingerprint results at this time. Again, don't come here if you are in a rush.

They charge too much to get fingerprinted for forced needs by the state of Maryland, maybe more so Maryland's BS in harassing Physicians, but $64 to get fingerprinted, oh, my mistake, $64.50!...
