This is my go-to notary place after living in this city for more than 4 years. Each document costs $10 ( the stamps and signatures are just good as other places that charge $25 ) and I can get in and out in 5 minutes. Parking is in the front and spaces are plenty. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit sketchy but that shouldn't be a big problem if you come in during normal business hour (8:30am - 5pm).
