Complete incompetence.... Called the office to see what paperwork was needed before I flew out of state to purchase a car, so I wouldn't have to deal with a hassle. Of course, they didn't tell me exactly what I needed. A second trip out of town is now required to get additional paperwork. Will not use these people again & advise against it.

Have gone here three times to turn in a plate, get registration info changed, etc...each time was quick and easy. Friendly employee, everything properly taken care of, low cost. Not sure why others had issues.
