Came here twice, once to get my new car's title registered and the second was to renew my driver license. Decided to go here a second time to renew driver license due to waiting at the Harvey DMV for 2 HOURS, of which 6 people were ahead of me to renew driver licenses at the time. After 2 hours only 2 people were called. Decided to drive to Metairie DMV since they're usually faster but Metairie DMV said they do not renew driver license for some reason, which is odd since you're a DMV. Decided what the heck, rather spend an extra $30 to renew license in 10 MINUTES than spending an entire freaking day at DMVs...my time is much more valuable than the $30 I would have saved by spending an entire day at the DMV

Went there to get my I'd renewed , they weren't able to but they charged my card 3 times and said I should have it the next day .5 days later I still dont have my money and still have an expired i.d. and I can't renew somewhere else because they took all of my money , I have 1.43 left on my card . I went there to solve 1 problem and left 3 extra problems. I have to borrow money just to eat this week. Go to abc title , don't waiste your time with these people. They're on drugs and they're scam artist. And they're reviews are definitely fake , I've heard nothing but bad things about these people I only went because they were close

My father has been going to this Notary Shoppe for years. I give them 5 stars because I went with him to get my title recently and this wonderful woman named Paola works there. Such a great employee and helps out!!

If that's all u gotta do is pay a convenient fee to stay outta the state building.... Absolutely worth it! The staff wants to get u in and out of there quicker than u do! Very knowledgeable staff and very effective way to stay away from the DMV! I tell everyone about the Notary Shoppe, always have !5 stars,all day!

Very fast! We were third in line. The people behind the counter knew their stuff! We did a Bill of sale for one car and a title transfer for another and it took probably 20 minutes in and out total time. The best part was the employees had a sunny disposition. Who needs the DMV with businesses like this that can do it all. They even issued new plates. The hours are great. I wish I had gotten the employees names so I could give them a shout out.
