This business is very convenient but the only thing they do is simple in state title transfers. If there is any complication, anything out of the ordinary, they won't do it and they won't tell you how to do it. We took a will written by LegalZoom to get notarized and they refused to do it!!! We had an out of state title to transfer to Louisiana and they kept finding excuses on why they couldn't do it. Mrs. Hildebrandt is very uppity and slanders every other notary in Slidell. Extremely un-professional.

This place IS very convenient. However some of the rudest people work here. I was informed that they could not notarize my document and added "Never going to happen" as they did not prepare it. I got it when she said they could not notarize the form. Unprofessional. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Horrible customer service unless you know the lady completing the registration and title paperwork. I was there from about 2:30 until 5 and left with nothing accomplished. After the desk girl got all of my documents gathered and I paid my fee she told me it would be a few minutes to complete everything. After sitting there for well over an hour I realized the woman in the back completing the paperwork was working on some else's, who came in well after me. It was also obvious she knew this person. Once the line jumper received their stuff and were on their merry way, she started on mine. Within two seconds of working on my stuff the desk girl comes to me and tells me they can't do anything with my items until I pay roughly $3000 in taxes on top of the $135 I had already paid. At that point I was done, I asked for my money back, said my piece on how it was complete bs they put people who came in after me first and left. I've used them in the past for other services, but I will never go back.

I'm a hundred percent convinced that the reason why people are rude is because slidell has changed, i still remember when dollar tree was an k&b and people were always friendly there. The town surcumed to something and it's as if 'to be expected. Paying 10 dollars to notary i do considera high high price for this town; especially when you can go into a major city and pay 2 dollars a page.. ut business is business in the southeast, You don'r have every obscure political ideology to bear as "your cross" and if you want to live free, you're only 30 or so miles from a sand barron gulf coast via katrina.

They charged me 90.00 in “fees” I went get my plate at Family Notary on Pontchartrain and the lady told me she would have charged close to 50.00 LESS!!! Will never go back to them ripoffs!!

Went into this establishment due to prior encounters with much success. Prior visits was with an older gentleman and awesome customer service. Today, me and my wife went to get a simple Power of Attorney notarized and the customer service was piss poor at best. We were the only customer at the time and was treated very rudely. I am not giving this establishment any of my future business. They just lost a loyal customer. Best Wishes.

Very ruse person took prise in saying she had been "doing this for ten years". Refused to acknowledge Florida had electronic titles. On back of registration reflects reason for electronic title is to prevent fraud.

Great service! Friendly, helpful, and patient. Well staffed on a Saturday. All employees were super professional, even when it got chaotic with customers, phone calls, and other distractions. They took the time to attempt to explain to me what a lien was (pretty simple stuff, right?). They were also very accommodating when I had to call my loan officer and put her on my cell phone's speakerphone, and were able to straighten out everything with her. Easily five stars.
