Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in and had my title and registration transferred to Louisiana since I bought the vehicle out of state. Seems to be under new ownership since I was in there last...though I never had a bad experience with them prior to this, things looked to be running much more efficiently now. Way better than dealing with the people at DMV.

Not only does the property need an overhaul, so do their employees. Poor communications skills, insulting, and unhelpful. Realizing that there is a problem, I thank you. Not communicating a path to correct it, calling other people in her profession "stupid", not being able to give a straightforward answer, and stating my paperwork was "BS" is unacceptable.

My first experience with Clearview Title was on the northshore.I believe her name was Brigette, her knowledge went beyond any other title company I have ever used. She mentioned the south shore location and I decided to give them a try. Its a close race between the southshore and northshore location on which one is better. You can't go wrong in either location. If I suspect that there may be a problem with a title, I call Sal to make sure I can complete the transfer before making the deal. He knows what can and what can't be done without even looking it up. I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do because of their great service.

Please dont even spend your time on calling this place. POOR COSTUMER SERVICES. I tried to give them a second chance but it just HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Who ever work there sound like they do not know what there talking about. Very rude. I hate doing bad reviews but I had too. Cant deal with bad customer services.

"We charge $50 for a signature because we can" - employee; it was one signature and nothing else, no papers reviewed or complicated analysis. I was in a bind to get it in the mail, it is what it is, however $50 is ridiculous. When I was first told $50 I repeated that and was asked if they had stuttered.
