She arrived early to the meeting place, took the time to understand our needs, was very friendly throughout, and provided the necessary notary signature promptly. It was easy to set-up the appointment over the phone with Pearl, and we felt confident from the beginning that we would be able to complete the transaction. Called several times with no response or call back.

Would be no stars if I could rate it...I called this service on a Friday, asking if he could notarize a document and he said that he could and would come to me if I would give him a few hours, he would call on his way back to the area. I waited around all evening, no call. I called him a little later, no answer. I called the next day, Saturday, no answer, and this time I transferred the line, no answer, so I left a voicemail and still didn't a call back. My point, use another service instead of waiting for the convenience of a mobile 1 that may waste your time, especially when you're in a crunch! There are way too many services around for this foolishness! Very bad service!

No sooner than I hit "submit" on the contact form did I receive a return call. Prompt response, prompt and courteous service, and super-nice, to boot, too! Very reasonable rates, too. Highly recommend, and will use again, if needed!
