Renatta (sp?), Dave and the whole team are all super helpful and nice. I had a complicated title transfer because I leased a car from an out-of-state dealership and the ABC crew helped me figure it all out and get it solved. By the way, the Saints were completely robbed last Sunday. I only mention that because everybody at ABC was wearing Saints gear the last time I was in there and I just had a painful flashback. Thanks ABC Title people!

Called them to ask about getting the first time driver license and they answered NO, then they called me back to say YES they can issue it, so I went all the way down there to find out that they CAN’NOT. They should’ve known their limitations better, and save the customers time and rides.

I went to the state OMV 2 times in order to register my car and each time I wasted half a day staying in line to find out that those people dont know their job! At ABC Titles it's in and out and they know what they are doing!!! Worth paying a little extra!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I tried to go here to renew my license multiple times because it's close to my house, but "the ID printer is broken so come back in a few weeks". This is a lie, they actually lost their license from the state (learned that when I was fed up enough to go to the one in Metairie). On top of that, the guy who works here is incredibly rude and miserable. I'm mostly giving it a low rating because of him. Go to another one. Waste of time.

Phoned ABC about notarizing the sale of a gun. The lady who answered the phone was laughing as she picked up the phone and was very rude and short. She said, $20.00 and I thanked her and she hung up without saying anything. Readers this is precisely how the phone call went. To the owner: Perhaps training your employees on customer service skills. Good luck ABC in your future endeavors.

Their Systems are down, which is understandable, but they shortened their hours, and closed on Saturday because of it and didn't advertise that. There is no sign saying systems down, and their voicemail still says closed at 6 but they are closing at 5. Big inconvenience

How do I say this? WOW! I highly and I do mean highly recommend ABC! I went to a state office and was not impressed at all. No greetings, no acknowledgement, no "nothing"! Google search... ABC Title appears and from the state office I disappear. At ABC there was no wasted time. Convenient sign in, clean and comfortable seating area and within 5 minutes I was at a desk with an extremely helpful and friendly staff member. See you all for my next renewal ABC friends. very unpleasant... called on phone for directions and was told on claiborne. that's it....on claiborne....next to tulane stadium with a attitude when i asked again. no address or the 3 story office building/strip mall on claiborne. soooo, when i get there, absolutely rude. i will never go here again.

I was in and out of the Uptown location on Claiborne in five minutes with my Real ID license renewal. Given the routine long waits at OMV offices not to mention the drive time, ABC is a no brainer if you live in Uptown.

In a city fraught with unfair tickets, brake tag checkpoints, and long OMV/DMV lines, I thank God every time I get to deal with ABC Title instead of my local government office. They are QUICK, helpful, knowledgeable and did I mention quick? I only use the DMV when it’s required. For everything else, I go to ABC Title.

Sometimes they don't have a notary on duty, so call first. Frequently has a wait and service can seem slow. I prefer Notary Shoppe at Walmart in harahan or Elmwood Notary. Location is convenient to Uptown but parking lot is often really crowded.

After years of only going to the DMV, this place really is scary fast. Had to do a change of address on my license, and think I was there for a total of 5 minutes. Only thing I would suggest is being open for a few hours on Saturdays or have one day a week where you can be open past 5pm.
