Excellent service!! I was transferring an out of state vehicle to Louisiana and David (the manager) made it very easy. The whole process was quick but extremely professional and courteous. I've transferred many titles over the years, and I have to say that there is a reason why the sign on the door says "Scary Fast". Because that's how fast the service is, so fast it's scary. I typically don't take time to write reviews but I have to say that I am extremely happy with my visit to ABC Title of Metairie. I actually had to walk out of the building just to make sure I didn't walk into the wrong place. Service was amazing and staff were all friendly. I walked in, input my name in an Ipad along with the reason for my visit and sat down for no more than say 5 minutes before I was called. I was in and out of that place in about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing and definitely beats going to the DMV. The person I dealt with was David Verderame. Really cool dude and I recommend people ask for him. David, if you read this dude, I just want to say 10/10. I will be sending my siblings to ABC Title of Metairie to get the address on their licenses changed. Great job everyone....bloody great job. Keep up the good work and hope you guys stay around for years to come!!!!!!!

The wait time in the office was maybe 10 minutes and they had all of my paperwork set, just had to show the documents in person. This was 1.5 years ago. I went here upon recommendation of friends and reviewers, who didn't mention prices (my bad for not checking myself). $74 to change address on divers license and registration -- more than twice what the DMV charges. With that said, they're WAY faster than the DMV and are open on Saturday. Depends on what the convenience is worth to you. Very convenient.

Driver's license renewal completed within 6 minutes of entering the building!! FRIENDLY and Professional staff. I've used other ABC Titles (out of necessity, otherwise would drive to Metairie) and they were good/great, especially compared to the DMV, but this one stands out above and beyond. Friendly, Fast, & Fantastic! I came in here for a title transfer on my new car and they made the process so easy I didn't realize we were done at the end. Everyone here was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I walked in and was helped Immediately. The whole process was done in maybe 15 minutes. I walked out with a new license plate, something I didn't expect. They have an assortment of different plates such as Saints and LSU that I could have walked away with as well. If you need at least a license plate fast COME HERE! They did a FANTASTIC job making my car transfer experience easy and painless. I am recommending everyone to go here.

Hello there. I have I ever told you the tragedy of the DMV? The long lines, the rude people. What if I told you there's a place away from the DMV that offers no wait, nice people and in and out service... Is this power possible? Not from the DMV... ABC title however offers exactly this. They clearly have the high ground. I had a young padawan named David, he was very nice and quick and informative. Not like the stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy looking Nerf herders of the DMV. You get a 5 star service but you pay for it and I don't think it is worth it. Been here once for a title transfer. They charge $50 for notarization, another $60 for a convenience fee. You can get notary for a lot cheaper. I think a $60 fee is ridiculous. I would rather go to DMV and wait.

I am beyond thrilled with this company! I was able to have my daughter add an Emergency Contact to her Driver's License!!! I can't even begin to express how invaluable of a service this is, especially with teen drivers going off to college, often out of state. She was able to add her father's name and contact information, which appears in the system should there ever be any kind of mishap. This relieves so much of the worry and stress that comes with having teens behind the wheel, and I cannot thank ABC Title enough!!
