Very poor service. I would never recommend this pace to my worse enemy. The old man was very rude. All I needed was stamps and a envolope. Ive received better service at McDonald's during a lunch rush. I'd rate zero if I could. And I'll take my money somewhere else instead.

Len was faced recently with the task of picking up a huge number of pieces of antique glassware from an auction house, bringing it all safely back to her facility and then packing it for, in my case, travel via FEDEX to Oregon. This was the best shipping experience I've encountered in a very long time. The staff themselves are EXCELLENT. I shipped an item from Lexington during my last visit in June and the item was damaged when it arrived to me in Des Moines, IA. I placed a call to Lynn at The Mailroom, she went above what many people would have done - the item shipped was something that I could not have replaced here in Iowa and she replaced & shipped the item to me. That is what I call and AWESOME business owner and outstanding person:) Kudos to you Lynn and your entire staff. Lenora at the Mailroom was fantastic and professional. Her packing was meticulous. Everything came through perfectly--furniture, heirloom dishes, valuable artifacts. When you inherit things, they aren't just "things." They're memories and treasures. Lenora treated them as such. She was very quick to track down a package that hadn't arrived and get them to deliver that day. I'll trust her again when I need to ship more items from her area.

Chad told me to just pull up to curb and he would get it out and package it and would call when it was finished. I went back the next day and paid. It was so easy and friendly. This place is seriously the best place to ship items. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help. I go out of my way to go here because every other place in town is sub par. It's also awesome that you can drop off ups, fedex, and usps items all at the same location.
