I would give them zero stars if I could. The owner is completely unethical. I dropped off two boxes ready to go and brought in my code from Amazon for my return...somethign I've done a million times at other stores. They scan it, print a label and send me on my way. Well, I was informed they didn't have the right machine to print from that. She offered to simply print out other return labels no problem at all she said. She said we simply call Amazon and she will get new labels printed for me. After 25 minutes (calling amazon to send me a new label, then emailing her my label, then waiting for my label to print out (one did and the second one never did because her machine was so old and slow). She tells me at that point....I owe her $.50 cents for the copies! Never once did she tell me I would be paying. It's not about the money....it's the idea that she would let the customer think she is handling it (as it was the store's fault they couldn't use the code from amazon in the first place!). I told her I've been here and had all this hassle....you can't tell me you are really going to ask me for 50 cents. She said yes...she has to pay for the toner of my 2 sheets. (again only 1 came out). I paid her and took back my boxes and will drop off at my UPS store in Ashburn Village who are SUPER nice and easy to work with. I will never step foot in here again. HORRIBLE unethical way of treating customers. AND painfully slow. Take your business elsewhere!

I have been using this business for couple of years now. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I had to ship package to my daughter for Easter. not only they packed up very nice and efficiently also they charged me such low prices for packing....I am their regular customer. My shipment arrived safe and sound and my daughter was so happy. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. I recommend this store to everyone who wants to send items to their loved ones. staff is kind and helpful. keep up the good work.

I went there to have somethings notorized and was not told until after having the papers notorized that it was $10 per signature! What a RIP off! The lady at the counter then said that will be $120. I almost fell over! I thought it was $10 total, not per signature. Never going back! EVER!

Dropped a package thursday and didn't ship out until monday night. Granted Friday was a holiday I dont understand why it didn't make it out Thursday or Saturday. I will just go to the post office to make sure my items are mailed on time.

She was so rude! I understand the policy that my address is not updated on my drivers License and the order was under my husband’s name. But I provided her with the tracking number, found the package and told her exactly where the package came from and what’s inside the package. I logged on my ups account in front of her to show her all the details I have regarding my package that was supposed to be delivered to my house and I changed it because I am at work that is nearby the access point. Not only that she was rude, she grabbed the package off my hand told me that I was trying to run with it and dropped it pretty hard on the floor behind the counter. I raised my voice at her and told her that if I have any problem with my laptop that was inside the package she will have to reimburse me with all the expense. She called the police on me! It’s ridiculous! The police can’t do anything about this matter because I was not doing anything to harm her!!!!! Luckily my husband came and she had to release the package to him. She only want to ope. The package in front of my husband to check if there’s any damage and my husband call me to check since it is MINE!!! she tried to grab the package and hand it to my husband.. what is going g on there????? She want us to write on paper that she did not do any damage and basically told the police to force us to do so.. which they can’t... this is ridiculous! She was rude and she was not wearing any footwear! Talking about running a business with no respect to customers!!!!

The cashier couldn't bother to look at the shipping label for shipping and return address and instead felt the need to ask me to spell it out. Then gave me $14 change back in $1's. REALLY?!

I’ve been using this family operated business for several years for everything from mailboxes to notary and shipping services. I even drop off prepaid packages there occasionally and they are able to give me a receipt to ensure timely delivery which they are not technically required to do. Good people.

Warning: this is not an actual UPS store and cannot help with Amazon returns if you have a QR code to print a label. I went here and the CSR who was on the phone the whole time told me I had to bring my own label, without so much as making eye contact or apologizing for the difficulty. Went to an actual UPS Store 2 miles away and a friendly CSR assisted me promptly and cheerfully.

Very good customer Service. Good public relations. I had to scan some papers and send through the e.mail. The staff is always ready to help and assist all customers. The prices are cheap and reasonable compared to other stores. They have time and patience for customers and even extend the hours to help them sometimes. They do notary as well. One shop for shipping Fed Ex, UPS, and Post office. All in one shop. Office supplies are available for good pricing. Conveniently located on the intersection of Belmont Ridge Road and River Creek parkway. They advise their customers which carrier to use for best shipping. Color copy, Black and white copy available. Nice experience. Hope Postal Connection will exist in Lansdowne forever.

As an eBayer, I really enjoy having a convenient postal service location that has USPS, UPS, and FedEx pick-ups. The owners are friendly and informative. There are usually no lines, sometimes maybe 1-2 people in front of me during the day, but otherwise proficient.

This particular location on Higley and Williams Field has very poor if any customer service. You are not acknowledged when you walk in, and at the end they do not appreciate your business. In this day and age of so many options for service, they have lost a customer in me. I will take my business elsewhere. No wonder the store was quiet, hardly anyone goes there.

OMG THE NICEST MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES EVER! I LITERALLY WENT TO DROP OFF A PREPAID- PACKAGE AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO BE CAREFUL AND BE SAFE BY TAKING A PIC OF THE LABEL OF MY DROP OFF Etc. drop off packages at this store frequently and have been very satisfied with the level of customer service here. Employees are polite and it is nice to have the business owner present in the store. Mark is great to work with and I have had documents printed here as well. The staff allowed me to submit several versions of my document and gave me a helpful suggestion for the file type needed to prevent image distortion. If I could rate half a star I would. Store employee keyed my shipping address wrong and caused me to not only pay for overnight shipping (as I had promised my client it would be) but refused to assist to fix the error which I then had to pay FedEx to fix myself. Ownership trying to save a dime and it's going to cost them dollars in the long run.

Literally the best customer service from any store I have received. I saw the reviews and wow this store is highly rated and deserve it. There are some negative reviews and I really think it's not correct because I have experienced their service and they are tip top. Anyways, thank you postal connections for always helping me. You guys ship my items out very nicely and truly care. The lady over there is so nice, she always tells you the honest cheap option. Not like other post office stores where they rip you off! This store really knows how expensive other stores are and the lady always makes sure you get the cheapest option.

HUGE thank you! Great service! The woman that worked today went out of her way to help me by picking up something I forgot to do and adding it to my mail. It would have meant driving an extra 2 hours through heavy traffic. On top of it she called me back and let me know that everything was done. This world needs more people like this women. We have had so much to do with an international move and getting our pets with us and this letter was for their health certificates. I'st super time sensitive and all must be in perfect alignment to assure their safe travels. I can not even describe how thankful I was when I didn't need to turn around to pick up extra print outs from the Veterinary office. This place is a gem!

I've dropped off a few packages here, with prepaid labels, and never had a problem. This morning, however I stopped in to buy stamps. I found out that they charge $11.25 for books of stamps that go for $9.80 at the post office. At first I was told it was a fee for using a credit card, and then I was told it was to cover the cost of the franchise/ rent/ etc. If the price were posted, or explained before the purchase I wouldn't have had a problem with it; but it makes me wonder what other fees they charge. In addition, the woman (manager) was just plain rude. I left with no stamps. Though I like to support local businesses, I will not be going back here.
