If I could give them a -10 I would. The staff that answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and when I ask for the managers name they negative gave it to me. I would not recommend them to anyone. They need to go out of business and be replaced with a company that has customer services skills. Garbage!!

I had issues with the DMV not wanting to register my car even though I had my title. they told me that I needed a Bill Of Sale. I came to these ladies and they were able to help me out in less than a hour. Great customer service. I plan on coming here for years!

We had 1 lost title and 1 title from parents estate...Jenny and staff had both issues handled in 20 min. and plates arrived as promised. This probably would have taken 2 days and 6 hrs in line @the DMV...AAA+++

I've been waiting for plates since March 13 for my plates. They keep saying oh we get a shipment in mid day. I was told Friday. Thay should be in. mid day. I've wasted gas to get there cause they never answered there phones.i will never use this place ever again

I really hate to give them a bad review, I usually have a great experience, but I sent my mother(70 yo) there and she was treated very badly by a gentleman there, he seemed to be racist, was very unprofessional and spoke to her rudely, luckily one of the ladies there intervened and took over the transaction, however, I will find another place to handle my license issues and I will no longer suggest this place to my family or friends

I used this place to have a title transferred and buy plates. First I call to see if my plates are in and they insist I didn't buy them there because they can't find my receipt. I physically go in with my receipt and they still can't find their copy of it or my plates. Luckily, they finally found it after manually shuffling through PILES of receipts (30 minutes later with me waiting the whole time) and say the plates should be in the following day. So I have to drive all the way back there the next day to pick up my plates because of their poor organizational skills. Then they said the title would take about 6 weeks to be mailed to me, but could be up to 8. I call them at 8 weeks because I have no title and am again asked if I'm "sure I got it through them" because AGAIN they can't find my receipt. After several phone calls and providing my receipt number, barcode number, and VIN, they finally manage to figure out that my title will take AN ADDITIONAL 2-3 weeks to get to me. Of course, they blame "the state for being slow." Who knows if they just mailed in my request or what, but I am incredibly disappointed with my service there. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I bought a car from a dealership and they placed the plate order through this company. Stating that the plates were to be mailed out to me. I got the car in April and just now finding out that they've had the plates they never reached out to contact me and they never mailed them to me then they wanted me to come pick them up and I live quite some distance from them like 45-minute drive and not even an apology for all this hassle and here I could have gotten in trouble and gotten tickets for driving without my proper plates terrible terrible place to do business with

This place is so nice and friendly and accommodating to their customer’s needs. Jennifer helped me transfer my iowa plates back to my original Illinois plates. She went out of her way to speak to the bank on the phone when we were having trouble getting them to send the title over. She helped me within a hour fix the situation and I left with my illinois plates back on my new car. Great service!!
