A Hidden Gem here in Fox Lake. Besides the mail services, coffee and cocoa are available free, an excellent choice of cards. clothing, office supplies and good advice are provided. Stop by and see for yourself it's a great little mail shop and more.

Its 2 times now that a package goes missing. And to top it off she hasn't followed up and called me back. Its cost me almost 200 bucks to learn that somethings seriously wrong when you have no trust in doing buissness with a small locally owned operation. While reading her reviews its true she's late opening a lot it happen to me 2 times and another time I saw someone looking in the window 30 minutes after scheduled opening. I hate writing such a bad review but I don't want this to happen to someone else. Than she said she would get back with me and haven't heard a word. She lost a lot of money from me seeing I used services 3-4 times week

This place is amazing. #1) Best prices on everything. #2) The owner does 99.9% hands-on. #3) You are treated old-school..customer is #1. #4) Every service is available...copies, shipping, packaging, laminating, notary public, EBay, you name it, they do it. 10 stars!! This past Christmas I had gifts to send, Sara took the time to cut down her own boxes, physically, using a knife, in order to save me money on dimensions for shipping costs. This place is the best.

Place is ran by super kind and helpful people. Came in looking to grab a box and ship something. They were happy to pack everything up for me and do all of the work with a smile on. They offer plenty of other things other than mail supplies too 10 / 10

I wish I could rate ZERO. Don't go here. I walked in with a pre-paid ups label and a box. It was not tapped. The super rude owner yelled at me and lectured me about, " I can't afford to provide tape for every. Here buy some." I was not asking for her tape or her bad attitude. I was just looking to ship some books. I walked out feeling like this person was a B@#$* for no reason to a customer. I called the store to let here know it is bad customer service. She was still on her high horse thinking what she did is ok.

UPS gave this place my package. When I finally had time within their very inconvenient open hours, they told me they are no longer working with UPS and gave my package back to them. They only had my package for a day and a half at most. Very inconsiderate and not a good way to do business. Apparently it is under new management and this is how they treat customers. Do business elsewhere, I know I will.

Always helpful, always friendly, I never go anywhere else to ship my items. She ships for just about every carrier you can imagine * I highly recommend her. I think all the negative reviews on here are from cheap people looking for something for free.
